Epic Games is set to surprise players with Chapter 4 Season 2. Lucky Landing, an OG POI, is making a comeback, and Neo Tokyo, a futuristic city, will be added in the middle of the map. These additions have been highly anticipated for some time now.

The loot pool will also be expanded with several new weapons, such as Katanas and a re-imagined Pump Shotgun. This will give players more options in Battle Royale and Zero Build game modes, allowing them to experience different gameplay dynamics.

Fortnite leak shows 13 Augments coming to Chapter 4 Season 2

A recent Fortnite leak by well-known leaker iFireMonkey mentions the arrival of 13 new Augments in the upcoming Chapter 4 Season 2. The lineup will be added to the existing pool of Augments in-game. These include:

  • Amphibious Assault
  • Charge Knock Armory
  • Dignified Finish
  • Dumpster Diving
  • Grind Rail Heal
  • Hunters Armory
  • Light Ammo Recycle
  • Medium Ammo Amplified
  • Pizza Party
  • Shotgun Recycle
  • Relentless
  • Reload on Empty
  • Slap Medic
  • Smooth Slide
  • Treasure Hunter

Players eagerly await the Augments as they bring back familiar items such as Pizza Party consumables and introduce new mechanics like Grind Rail Heal. They may be able to experience new movement mechanics in the upcoming Fortnite season, as Neo Tubes related to the same have been leaked prior.

Leaks have also suggested that the Flint Knock pistol could be unvaulted in Chapter 4 Season 2, similar to the Tactical Armory, which brought back two classic weapons. The Charge Knock Armory Augment is considered to be related to this potential unvaulting.

Augments like the Amphibious Assault could bring underwater combat to Fortnite, similar to the Warzone 2.0 Battle Royale mode in Call of Duty. This would give players a new way to take out their opponents while submerged and allow for more stealthy eliminations.

Leaks suggest that Fortnite will introduce a new mechanic called Wall Running. This would enable players to traverse vertical surfaces, such as buildings and mountains, without using resources to construct ramps.

Another mechanic, Wall Kick, is expected to be included, allowing players to kick their opponents off walls and cause fall damage. It's believed that running on walls will have a time limit with an energy bar similar to the sprint bar appearing on the HUD.

Loopers are currently tackling multiple quests available in the game and offer generous rewards when they finish them. These quests also provide significant amounts of XP to speed up their Battle Pass progress and gain access to bonus rewards before the season ends.
