According to veteran leaker/data-miner HYPEX, Fortnite X-Men 97 skins could be coming soon. A few hours ago, Rocket League announced its official collaboration with X-Men 97. As such, several cosmetics will be added to the game on April 23, 2024. This includes things like decals, trails, wheels, and other such cosmetics that can be purchased via bundles. Unfortunately, nothing has been said about Fortnite.
However, based on past trends and taking into account that (some) cosmetics from Rocket League are cross-compatible with Rocket Racing, a crossover is inevitable. For this reason, it is speculated that at least four Fortnite X-Men 97 skins could be added to the Item Shop on April 23, 2024. This also lines up with the fact that a major update (v29.30) is scheduled for release on the same day.

Fortnite X-Men 97 skins could include Jubilee, Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Magneto
According to HYPEX, with Jubilee, Cyclops, Jean Grey, and Magneto being added to Rocket League as decals, they are likely to come to the Fortnite Item Shop as skins. While this is not yet confirmed, it has to be noted that Disney and Epic Games have a long-term partnership. As such, adding skin from X-Men 97 would be a win-win situation for fans and businesses alike.
Furthermore, with X-Men 97 currently streaming on Disney Plus, a lot of fans have been asking for a collaboration. With Epic Games having the rights to take inspiration for decals in Rocket League, Fortnite X-Men 97 skins are not too far-fetched.
That being said, this rumor will only be confirmed on April 23, 2024, once the downtime for update v29.30 kicks off. Leakers/data-miners will get hold of information pertaining to the same if it exists in the game's files.
Fortnite Rocket Racing could get X-Men 97 decals
While Fortnite X-Men 97 skins may not be added, leaker/data-miner SamLeakss predicts that other cosmetics will. For the time being, the Jubilee Octane Decal and Wolverine Octane Decal are speculated to be added to Fortnite Rocket Racing as well as Rocket League. They will likely be featured in the Item Shop, quite possibly in a bundle/set.
As for the cost, there is no telling how much it could be. Taking into account that these are very special decals, they could cost quite a bit more than normal. Nevertheless, as they are just cosmetic, they are optional for fans who want to have cool-looking decals in-game.
