Fortnite's Noble Shroud back bling was available to players on the Battle Pass, but it wasn't present when the pass went live. Although it has since been added, some players had already progressed and passed that page before the item became available.
This was an oversight by the developers, which the community pointed out to them. Those who put in the grind and earned tons of XP to level up fast would unknowingly miss out on the item.
All Battle Pass owners are theoretically on the same playing field, so this is a terrible mistake. As a result, there is a high likelihood that all players will be given this back bling free. The weekly update is scheduled for Tuesdays, so there's a good chance the update releases the back bling for all pass owners.

Unfortunately, non-pass owners will not get this back bling for free. However, there is still time left in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 to purchase the pass and grind through the levels.
When does Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 end?
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is nearing an end despite the season feeling fresh. The tentative start date for Chapter 4 Season 2 is March 10, which leaves a little over five weeks remaining in the season.
Just over a month ago, Fortnite Chapter 3 ended with a bang and introduced a new island and a new chapter. Nevertheless, new content is on the horizon with the forthcoming season.
This means players have about that long to continue grinding and unlocking all the cosmetics in the pass, including the Ageless skin and all the cosmetics.
The best way to do that is by completing challenges, but Epic Games has made weekly challenges time-sensitive. The challenges expire if players don't complete them in time. Log in often to complete the challenges and earn XP before the season ends. This will be beneficial in the future.
Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 is full of impressive cosmetics. The 14-page pass offers fantastic rewards. Leveling up and earning battle stars has arguably never been this enjoyable.

These are all excellent, and they also come with cosmetics for players to pair in a locker. The Ageless skin line also has several excellent cosmetics. Players are advised to ensure routine progress on their passes to avoid missing out on the action.
The pass, as always, costs 950 V-Bucks. This means that the skins cost a bit. They are priced at about 100 per skin, so they're easily the cheapest in the game. Most skins cost 800 or more V-Bucks, so the battle pass is excellent. It's also great because the skins are usually of the utmost quality.
