Tekken 7 arcade cabinets will be playable at Final Round 18, NA

Tekken 7 will be included in the EVO 2015 line-up

The Tekken 7 arcade cabinets will finally be making their way to special events across North America this month. Tekken 7 director, Katsuhiro Harada, had mentioned earlier that he would be bringing the arcade cabinets to events across the globe, and it looks like he is keeping his promise. According to a tweet by Madcatz Community manager, Mark Julio, the game will now be playable for the first time in NA at Final Round 18.

This is the first time that the arcade version of the game will be available in North America. Tekken 7 will also be included this year’s EVO tournament line up. With the tournament slated to happen this July, professional gamers will now have a chance to practise their moves on Tekken 7 at Final Round 18. The game is already available in a few arcades across Japan, as it had released in the country just last month.

The Final Round 18 event is a fighting tournament to be held in Atlanta, Georgia. For those of you who are interested in attending, the event will be happening from March 20th to March 22nd. You can check out the events official website for more information.

As for the console version of the game, Bandai Namco is still being quite secretive about the details. It is likely that the console version is already in development, as Bandai Namco has mentioned that they are planning a huge story mode for the game. Hopefully, we will hear more about this at this year’s E3.
