European football ahead on infrastructure: Gurpreet Singh Sandhu
Young Indian goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu, who is currently plying his trade in Norwegian first division club Stabaek FC, said on Thursday that the biggest difference between Indian and European football is the infrastructure. India lacks in it, he believes.

Gurpreet is the fifth Indian player to play professionally in Europe after Mohammed Salim, Bhaichung Bhutia, Sunil Chhetri and Subrata Pal, but only Salim has the recognition of having represented a top-division club – the barefoot legend from Mohammedan SC had been signed by Celtic in 1936.
