LIV golfer Brooks Koepka is leading the 2023 Masters. He maintained his lead from the opening round and secured the top position when the game was suspended due to inclement weather on Saturday afternoon.

However, the change in tee times also interrupted the live coverage of the Masters. CBS holds the right to televise the tournament.

The third round of the tournament is scheduled to resume on Sunday at 8:30 am ET, with Brooks Koepka, Jon Rahm, and Sam Bennett in the top three on the leaderboard, starting the game on the seventh hole. Their game will not be featured on TV until the channel coverage starts around 4-6 holes.

Nuclr Golf posted the news on their Twitter account with a caption saying:

"Masters leaders Brooks Koepka (-12), Jon Rahm (-10), and Sam Bennett (-8) get the shaft. We won’t see them until Network coverage starts around holes 4-6."

Fans were disappointed with the coverage and expressed their opinions in the comments section of the post. They wrote:

"The masters making a big mistake."
"Masters intransigence on coverage is a joke."
"Disgusting behaviour"

Some users complained that The Masters is one of the biggest events of the year and the broadcasting network should find a way to televise it properly.

One user wrote:

"How can we watch more live broadcasting of the Fortninet Championship than we can The Masters? Blows my mind that ESPN, Golf Channel, and CBS Network can’t figure out how to broadcast the most popular tournament every year."

Yet some commented that the channel was showing Tiger Woods' shots even as he was struggling with his game. He reminded the network that it's a Masters tournament and they should focus on the tournament rather than just focusing on the golf legends.

"Why is Tiger featured….? He’s +3. We don’t need to see that. Listen, I get it, tiger is the goat. But this is a major and he’s not in contention. Show the leaders."

People also suggested that the match is available on the network app.

"Can watch on the app and choose which holes what groups you wanna watch !"
"Best golf tournament in the world .. worst tv coverage."

One user tweeted that if Rory McIlroy had been leading the tournament, the network would have made a few changes to their coverage. However, McIlroy missed the cut at The Masters.

"I bet if it was Rory they would have made the changes. This is crazy. Smh"

The Masters will resume with the third round on Sunday and the fourth will also take place on the same day in the afternoon.
