Tiger Woods was recently spotted at the Florida State Amateur Championship to support his son, Charlie Woods. The golf legend also posed with his son's opponent, Jake Sherwin, after the young golfer achieved one of his career's pinnacles.
During the tournament's second round, Sherwin shot an exceptional score of 68, which was four under par. In addition to his impressive score, he had a hole-in-one, which was praised even by the Florida State Amateur Championship's Instagram page. The tour's official page posted pictures of him. One with the ball and the hole, and the other one with Woods.
The FSGA's Instagram caption for this read:
"A hole-in-one in front of one of the greatest to ever do it. Safe to say, it might just be the best day of Jake Sherwin’s life. What Happened? Pavel Tsar hit it to two feet. Charlie Woods then went to four feet. Sherwin says, 'there’s no more room for me', and one hops it in."
