Her score was enough to maintain her four-stroke lead from the previous day and win her third LET title of the season.After winning the Wistron Ladies Open, Tamburlini said (via LET News Service):“It’s an incredible feeling. It’s been a long week and to see the video of them engraving my name on the trophy is an incredible feeling. I’m just so proud to be in this situation right now."Tamburlini now leads the circuit's Order of Merit by nearly 1,000 points with just three events remaining on the regular schedule. With three wins and seven other top-10 finishes in 22 tournaments, the Swiss player is the overwhelming favorite to be named the LET's MVP and Rookie of the Year for the 2024 season.Since the inception of the Player of the Year award in 1995, only four players have won both awards in the same year. They are Caroline Hedwall (2011), Carlota Ciganda (2012), Atthaya Thitikul (2021) and Linn Grant (2022).
