Coming off of an incredible pay-per-view in Hard To Kill, IMPACT Wrestling had to continue building momentum and this week's show did precisely that. It dealt with the fallout from the pay-per-view and built some intriguing stories for next week's show.

The show was headlined by Reina de Reinas Champion Deonna Purrazzo and Ring of Honor Women's World Champion Rok-C as they put their titles on the line in a 'Winner Takes All' Main event.

IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Moose also defended his Title against an unexpected challenger. Ring of Honor World Champion Jonathan Gresham reflected on his victory over Chris Sabin at Hard To Kill when confronted by a new challenger.

The ROH invasion continued on IMPACT Wrestling, and a former WWE superstar made his debut in the IMPACT Zone confronting the former World Champion. So without further ado, let's go through the Talking Points from this week's IMPACT Wrestling.

#5 Morrissey challenges Moose on IMPACT Wrestling

W. Morrissey kicked off the show tonight as he laid out a challenge to World Champion Moose for a Title Match. He claimed he had him pinned in the Triple Threat match, but the referee failed to make the count.

Moose appeared on the titantron and stated that there would be a World Title Match tonight, but it won't feature the former WWE star and that he would allow someone who hadn't challenged for the title before.

An enraged Morrissey warned Moose that he wouldn't let him make it to his Title defense and stormed to the back.

Later in the night, Brian Myers confronted the Learning Tree stating they needed to prove themselves as Zicky Dice was revealed as Moose's challenger. The World Champion made quick work of Dice to secure the win.

Morrissey made his way out following the match, causing Moose to retreat. The former Big Cass laid out VSK and Dice to send a message to the world champion.

#4 ROH Invasion on IMPACT Wrestling

Ring of Honor superstars Matt Taven, Vincent, PCO, Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis continued to wreak havoc on IMPACT Wrestling as they took over the commentary team, threatened Tom Hannifan and attacked D'Lo Brown. PCO put the latter through a table.

Rich Swann, Willie Mack, Eddie Edwards, Heath, and Rhino decided to stop the group and split up in search of them. Later, Heath and Rhino were found laid out in the back.

IMPACT's Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore revealed that ROH management informed him that the group was acting as renegades and not at the behest of the company.

#3 Steve Maclin confronts Jonathan Gresham on IMPACT Wrestling

Eddie Edwards was seen laid out in the back just like his teammates from Saturday's hardcore war. Moments later, ROH World Champion Jonathan Gresham was interviewed by Gia Miller where he denied any association with the rebel group during which Steve Maclin interrupted him.

Maclin accused him of betraying his promotion, leading Gresham to challenge him to a match on next week's show and putting his Title on the line.

Gresham came off a successful Title defense in a stellar bout against Chris Sabin while Maclin suffered his first defeat at Hard To Kill. A bout between these two promises to be an exciting one.

#2 Former WWE star debuts on IMPACT Wrestling

Josh Alexander cut a promo on this week's IMPACT Wrestling stating how he wanted to get back on the path to regaining his World Championship. He stated that JONAH was an obstacle in his journey and reflected on his hard-fought victory at Hard To Kill.

As he was about to send out a challenge to Moose, former WWE superstar Charlie Haas made his IMPACT debut. Haas stated how he and Alexander share the same passion for wrestling and challenged the Walking Weapon to a match.

Alexander stated that while it would be an honor to face him, he is focused on winning the World Title first. It led to Haas striking him, leading to a pull-apart brawl following which Alexander accepted his challenge and the match was made official for next week.

#1 Title vs Title match on IMPACT Wrestling

After losing her Knockouts Championship match at Hard To Kill, Deonna Purrazzo had one more chance at becoming a double Champion as she faced the reigning ROH women's World Champion Rok-C. They put on a fantastic bout and Rok-C showed incredible resilience.

Towards the end of the match, Purrazzo locked in the Venus de Milo, forcing Rok-C to tap out. She retained her AAA Reina de Reinas Title and captured the ROH Women's World Championship to become a double titleholder once again.

Following the match, Maria Kanellis stepped into the ring and confronted The Virtuosa. The rest of the renegade ROH group showed up as well. Matthew Rehwoldt, Willie Mack, and Rich Swann came in for the rescue but ROH had the numbers advantage and stood tall to close this week's IMPACT Wrestling.
