Violent By Design knocked on IMPACT Wrestling EVP Scott D'Amore's door. Eric Young wanted to let him know that they were enacting their rematch for the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Titles against The Good Brothers at Emergence. Young already let the Good Brothers know, but out of respect, came to D'Amore to make it official.
D'Amore appreciated the heads up but said that Willie Mack and Rich Swann had gotten to him first. They emerged from his office as D'Amore said it would be a three-way at IMPACT Wrestling Emergence.
Steve Maclin vs Jah-C on IMPACT Wrestling
Jah-C turned his back on Steve Maclin to play to the crowd, which Maclin took as a form of disrespect. Maclin tore his opponent apart. Jah-C was placed in the tree of woe for a shoulder tackle.
Maclin followed up with a series of unprotected elbow shots to the head. After that, Maclin planted Jah-C with his modified Michinoku Driver.
Results: Steve Maclin defeated Jah-C on IMPACT Wrestling.
Grade: C-
Maclin grabbed a chair and looked to punish Jah-C further. Thankfully, he was saved by IMPACT Wrestling veteran Petey Williams. Maclin was hit with a shining wizard, and when he went for the chair, Williams cut him off. Once again, Williams has interfered in Maclin's business.
All About Me
Tenille Dashwood called out Taylor Wilde for "ruthlessly" attacking Kaleb with a K. After that, she introduced Dr. Ross Forman, IMPACT Wrestling's resident physician. Kaleb with a K was wearing a neckbrace, claiming that Wilde had injured him. The doctor said that he probably needed to see a specialist.
IMPACT Wrestling EVP Scott D'Amore came in, sending the doctor away. He didn't believe in Kaleb with a K's injury, slapping him repeatedly on the neck. Dashwood hoped he was here to say that Taylor Wilde was fired from IMPACT Wrestling.
D'Amore said that Wilde gave Dashwood two options. Either they have a match next week on IMPACT Wrestling or face serious legal issues for filing a false claim against Wilde with border patrol.
