Next week, Chris Sabin and Moose would take part in a battle royal to declare the next challenger for IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Kenny Omega. Sabin said things weren't done between them, and he had an accomplishment that Moose had yet to meet.
He'd won a world title in IMPACT Wrestling, and after that battle royal, he'd beat Kenny Omega to become a two-time champion. If that happened, Sabin would guarantee that Moose would never get a shot at the world title.

The Good Brothers and Kenny Omega w/Don Callis vs Sami Callihan, Eddie Edwards, and Frankie Kazarian on IMPACT Wrestling
The Good Brothers, Frankie Kazarian, and Eddie Edwards brawled to the floor while Sami Callihan took on Kenny Omega. Kaz tagged in, lighting up the IMPACT Wrestling World Champion and catching Karl Anderson with a leg drop as well. A springboard leg drop hit Omega for a two-count.
Omega shot Kaz off into the ropes, allowing Doc Gallows to catch him with a kick to the back. Omega followed with a leapfrog bulldog. Kaz got to Eddie Edwards, and the Heart of IMPACT Wrestling fired off on The Good Brothers. Edwards pelted Karl Anderson with a series of chops in the corner, following up with an avalanche hurricanrana attempt.
Omega held onto Karl's foot, sending Edwards spine first on the pine. Anderson hit a diving neck breaker before tagging out to Omega. Doc Gallows was in next, clubbing Edwards with stiff, heavy blows to the back. The Super Elite Splash flattened Eddie for a two-count.
Edwards caught Doc Gallows with a Bret's Rope dropkick, finally getting to his corner. He was forced to tag in The Draw of IMPACT Wrestling, Sami Callihan.
Callihan and Omega were the legal men, and Callihan was like a wild animal. Doc ran in for a big boot, but Edwards responded with a back suplex. Anderson rocked him with an uppercut only to be spiked with a slingshot DDT by Kaz. Omega took out Kaz with the V-Trigger, leaving The Super Elite to take on Sami Callihan.
The IMPACT Wrestling Tag Champions went for the Magic Killer but were stopped by Kazarian. The IMPACT Wrestling OG took Doc to the floor, leaving Eddie Edwards to take on Karl Anderson.
Edwards shook off the Gun Stun and planted Anderson with the Blue Thunder Bomb. Callihan spiked the world champion Kenny Omega with the Cactus Driver on the apron, leaving Edwards to pick up the win.
Edwards laid out Anderson with the Boston Knee Party.
Results: Eddie Edwards defeated Karl Anderson via pinfall on IMPACT Wrestling.

After the match and everyone had cleared the ring, W. Morrissey ran in to attack Eddie Edwards. He planted the former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion with a powerbomb before leaving the ring.
