Matt Cardona vs. Jake Something on IMPACT Wrestling
Next on IMPACT Wrestling, Matt Cardona went one-on-one with Jake Something. Things became intense with Matt Cardona talking trash to Jake. Cardona went for a basement dropkick, which Something avoided. However, Cardona followed up and hit the basement dropkick.
Jake Something used his size advantage to get control. He followed up with stiff forearms to floor Cardona. Matt reversed a suplex and hit a neckbreaker. Both men traded blows before Something missed a corner tackle. Cardona followed up with his corner-running kick for a two count.
Something reversed Radio Silence into a spinebuster for a nearfall on IMPACT Wrestling. Jake again reversed Radio Silence, but Cardona hit a hurricanrana on the outside on Something. Brian Myers came to ringside and attacked both men, ending the match in a no-contest.
Results: Matt Cardona and Jake Something went to a no contest.

Post-match, Myers drove Jake Something into the steel steps eye first. He then accepted the challenge of Cardona for IMPACT Wrestling Rebellion. Brian Myers told Cardona that he'll be another victim of the Roster Cut.
XXXL confronted Trey Miguel backstage and asked if they will see him out there for tonight's tag team match. Miguel responded that they should not watch the product because he said he wouldn't team up with Sami Callihan on IMPACT Wrestling tonight.
Larry D said that it sounded like an excuse from a man who lacks passion, echoing the words of Callihan. Miguel was left to think about those words again.
Violent By Design appeared backstage in a vignette with Eric Young talking directly to Deaner about last week's failure. He told Deaner that when they failed, the disease had an opportunity to spread.
EY would send Deaner out there tonight to "repent for his sins." Young said Deaner had to show them that this world belongs to them.
