Jaipur Pink Panthers vs Haryana Steelers Match Prediction: Who will win today's Pro Kabaddi 2017 match?
Will Jaipur be able to defeat the mighty Haryana Steelers?
In their second last home match in the Pro Kabaddi League Season 5, it will be the Jaipur Pink Panthers clashing against the Haryana Steelers in the Zone A fixture at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium.
The head-to-head between these two teams stands in favour of the Steelers with the first matching ending in a draw and Haryana claiming the win in the second one.
The Jaipur Pink Panthers lost their match last night against Dabang Delhi by a slender margin of just one point while the Steelers are coming into this encounter on the back of a two-point win against the Telugu Titans.
Jaipur is still gunning for a spot in the playoffs and will be on the hunt for a win tonight to bolster their chances for the same. With Manjeet Chhillar sitting out the last match, it will yet again be Jasvir Singh who will be in charge of the proceedings on the mat. Pawan Kumar will spearhead the attack alongside Nitin Rawal who picked up a Super-10 last night while Tushar Patil's inclusion will add depth. The defence will be manned by three players out of the quartet of Sunil, Somvir Shekhar, Siddharth Dahiya and Manoj Dhull, one of whom will come into the equation later as a substitute.
The Haryana Steelers, on the other hand, won their last match solely on the basis of their attack with the defence picking up just 1 tackle point in their entire match duration of 40 minutes. Wazir Singh led the attacking charge with 14 raid points and was supported by Deepak Dahiya and Surjeet Singh.
The defence will have to buck up by a great margin to keep the Jaipur attack at bay particularly the likes of Pawan and Nitin Rawal. For this to happen, Surender Nada and Mohit Chhillar will have to work in tandem with each other and will be supported by Neeraj Kumar and Rakesh Singh Kumar.
Jaipur Pink Panthers vs Haryana Steelers match prediction
The Steelers have the upper hand in this match for they have nothing to lose since they have already qualified for the playoffs and will thus exhibit a fearless brand of kabaddi as against the strategy of the Jaipur Pink Panthers who play on the third raid.
The Haryana attack has been exceptional and with a little bit of support from the defence, they will be able to thwart the home team's challenge.
