Pro Kabaddi 2016, Season 4: Bengaluru Bulls vs Dabang Delhi Preview: Match Prediction, Time, Venue, Playing Squads & Live Match Telecast info

Kashiling Adake needs to come good against the strong Bengaluru defence

Pro Kabaddi Season 4 2016’s final match of the Bengaluru leg will see, the home team Bengaluru Bulls take on Dabang Delhi, at the Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium. The Bengaluru Bulls are searching for their first home win and moreover, they lost five matches in a row, including an uninspired performance against Patna Pirates on Thursday. The Bulls sit one place above today’s visitors, with 3 wins and 6 losses. They need to put on a kabaddi masterclass performance against Delhi to end the losing streak.

The Dabangs from Delhi sits 7th with 2 wins and 4 losses, heading into today’s battle. The erratic Delhi side outraged the defending champions Patna Pirates by handing them the most embarrassing defeat in the Pro Kabaddi. There is nothing exceptional with the new Delhi set-up, but they are coming up with huge performances, and also involved in some close encounters in the first phase of Season 4.

Match Prediction

At the start of the season, the experts and Pundits viewed the Bulls as strong title contenders, but the present situation is a complete contrary. The in-form raider in Season 4, Rohit Kumar, has been suffering from the lack of support from the other raiders. With 69 points in 10 matches, the most valuable player in Season 3 was seen off the mat, for more than 10 minutes against Patna Pirates and Jaipur Pink Panthers.

The retained Pawan Kumar and Ashish Kumar were overshadowed by the opposition attackers in Season 4. It’s high time for the two players to put a splendid performance against the Delhi defence lead by Sachin Shingade.

The Bengaluru defence was considered as the best defence but they were overpowered by Rajesh Mondal in Thursday’s encounter. The expensive buy in Pro Kabaddi auctions, Mohit Chillar really struggled along with his captain Surender Nada. They need to come up with something remarkable against the trio of Meraj Sheykh, Kashiling Adake and Selvamani.

The strong Shielded Delhi defence suppressed the Patna attack last week before surrendered to the Telugu Titans. The Iranian Meraj Sheykh was rock solid for the Dabangs in season 4 with 22 raid points. Whenever the Dabangs, found it difficult in the dying moments, Meraj has bailed the team out, either in attack or defence.

With 25 tackle points to his name, the relentless Sachin Shingade is acting as a beast for Delhi, in defence. Moreover, he won the battles against Rohit Kumar, when these two teams met earlier. The in-form Shingade’s aggressive tackles would test Rohit, once again, in today’s encounter.

The attacking force of Dabang Delhi was at sixes and sevens in the current edition of Pro Kabaddi . Kashilig Adake’s performance in season 4 is nowhere at his best, as the star raider scored just 17 points in 7 matches. He should come good against the best defenders of Pro Kabaddi Mohit Chillar and Surender Nada.

The head to head stands 4-3 in favour of Bengaluru and moreover the Dabangs defeated the home team, in the previous clash at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

The roaring Bengaluru crowd are yet to see the best from their star players. With 3 wins and 6 losses, the season 2 finalist hopes to end the home leg with a win against Dabang Delhi.

It's an interesting battle, to say the least as both teams, badly need a win to keep their semi-final hopes alive, but the strong Bengaluru defence holds the cutting edge over the attacking instincts of Delhi.
