Pardeep Narwal missed his ninth consecutive Super 10 last night against the Tamil Thalaivas, but it doesn’t mean you can ignore him for your Khel Kabaddi team. He has scored 211 raid points in just 16 games at an average of 13.19 raid points per game. He also has 12 Super 10s in just 16 games.
He will look to end the home leg with another record-breaking performance against the volatile defence of U.P. Yoddha. Pardeep scored 15 raid points in their previous encounter against them and will look to give a similar performance tonight.
Nitin Tomar
With the Patna defence not working at its best, Nitin Tomar is the player to have in your Khel Kabaddi team. Nitin is the leading raid point scorer for UP with 110 raid points to his name in 15 matches. He has been in great form recently, scoring eight or more points in four out of his last five matches with help of three Super 10s.
Nitin took advantage of Patna’s weak defence last time around and scored a brilliant 14 raid points in 24 raids in their previous encounter. He is expected to score his fifth Super 10 of this season tonight.
Nitin Rawal
There is no better situation if you can include a defender in your Khel Kabaddi team who raid more often. He is the only designated defender to have managed a Super 10 this season. He was Jaipur’s leading raid point scorer in their previous two games and will look to lead the raiding department in absence of key players like Jasvir and Selvamani.
He has scored a total of a total of 12 points in their previous game against Haryana and will look to continue with his role of a support raider-cum-left corner for Jaipur.
Other players to watch out for
Surjeet – Surjeet is the second leading raid point scorer for Haryana with 55 raid points. He has been struggling with his form but looked a completely different player against one of the strongest defence of PKL 5 in their previous encounter against Pune, where he scored a brilliant Super 10. He will look to continue the momentum and lead the Haryana’s raid attack from the front. You can include him in your team in place of Nitin, if he features in your card collection.
Surender Nada – Nada will take on the mat after being rested for their last two games and will look to claim the spot of leading tackle point scorer of the season taken over by Vishal Bhardwaj. He is struggling with his form, but can be a trump card for your Khel Kabaddi team, if he features in your card collection.
