At 38 years old, Jeeva Kumar is one of the oldest players to be playing in the upcoming edition of Pro Kabaddi League. Having been an important part of U Mumba and UP Yodhas' defence in the past, Jeeva will look to replicate his performances for the Bengal Warriors in the upcoming edition.

Known for his "Dash", Jeeva is considered as a "Super-Tackle" specialist. With 40 points for UP Yodhas last season, Jeeva Kumar has not allowed age to stand in the way of his performances and the Bengal team would be hoping that this would be the case for the seventh season of PKL as well.

While players well below his age have already taken up coaching, this 43-year-old corner defender from Tamil Nadu will be playing for the Haryana Steelers in the upcoming edition of the Pro Kabaddi League. The veteran has played for as many as 5 teams in the past and in all these squads, he was one of the preferred corner defenders.

Cheralathan had a decent campaign last season for U Mumbai where he picked up 40 points on the mat. With the Haryana franchise requiring Cheralathan to lead their defence this season, it is yet to be seen how the 43-year-old performs over the next few months.
