Wazir Singh, the veteran came back with a vengeance

?Wazir Singh was struggling to get going this season so far but found form in Kolkata - scoring 17 raid points in the two matches Haryana played in the City of Joy. He scored a superb Super 10 against home team Bengal Warriors which played a big role in ending Bengal’s seven-match unbeaten run.

Wazir used all his experience and guile and led the raiding department in the absence of their lead raider Vikas Kandola. Wazir also contributed with three tackle points in the two matches. Wazir’s return to form is great news for Haryana who were reeling after Khandola - their lead raider got injured.
