Every season defense was the Achilles heel of titans, however, this time they invested heavily on their defense.

There are 9 defenders on the team. Abozar Mohajermigahni was one of them. He played for Gujarat in season 5 where he made life difficult for raiders on the mat. Titans bought him for 76 lakhs. He scored a total of 65 tackle points.

Titans retained Vishal Bharadwaj and Sombir. Vishal played exceptionally well in season 5 and is the third best defender in the league. He scored a total of 71 tackle points. Owners are expecting a similar performance from him in season 6.

Sombir is a right corner defender. In the initial days of season 5, he failed to feature in starting line up. As the league progressed, he became a crucial member of the team with his good ankle holds. He scored 39 tackle points in 17 matches.

The list also consists of cover defenders Farhad Milaghardan, Rakesh Singh, Anuj Kumar, Manoj Kumar, Deepak, and Sanket Chavan. They have a lot of choices to choose their cover defenders.

If we review the defense of the team, the list has a perfect balance of experienced as well as young players which will help the team in the long run. The defense of the team looks quite strong and is undoubtedly their best defensive unit so far.

#3 ALL-ROUNDERS

Nothing much can be said about their all-rounders. They have just two allrounders, Mahender Reddy and Armaan. They bought both of them for 8 lakhs. This is the area of concern for them.

Overall, Titans are one of those teams who have the potential to win the title. Their squad is very well balanced with elite raiders and good defenders. This is their best chance to win the title.
