Right then! South Africa have approached the chase with so much maturity, as Lizelle Lee and Wolvaardt gave a sturdy start. Lizelle Lee was back in the hut in the very first over last match, but she played a responsible innings in the middle and took on the Indian spinners with impressive sweep shots. The Indian spin trio never found a clue to stop Lee and she was ably-supported by Mignon Du Preez. Both stitched an incredible partnership off 97 runs and when it seemed everything was in control for the visitors, with 71 needed from 90 balls, India picked up two quick wickets to put the pressure back on Lee & Co. Bosch joined hands with Lee, and despite an early struggle to her innings, she anchored the innings well in the final phase. Lee looked drained in the middle but that didn't stop her from scoring boundaries at regular intervals. Goswami dropped a sitter when Lee was batting at 79 and that proved to be decisive, as she went to score a sumptuous century to help South Africa take a 2-1 lead in the series. India have to fight back again in a couple of days time against this reluctant Proteas side to force the series into the decider. That's all we have from here, and it's time for me (Pragadeesh) and my fellow commentator Shashwat Kumar to sign off for now. Goodbye
Lizelle Lee: Yeah look happy with the performance, but credit goes to the bowlers as India are about to score above 300, but they've pulled back nicely. If you look at the dismissals in my career, a lot of have been caught, so I have worked on my game and looked to play down the ground. The partnerships are key. In the first and the third match, we got key partnerships but there was none in the second match.

Lizelle Lee is the Player Of the Match
Wolvaardt: An incredible game to have as my first game incharge and it's so good from start to finish. I really enjoyed batting with her and we batted quite a lot. she plays an explosive game and that really makes me to play how I want to play. I never really thought much about captaincy, it's an awesome opportunity to lead and let's see how it goes.
Mithali Raj: We never know as they were also coming neck-and-neck. Well I think, the middle order didn't get the start. we should've stretched the partnership but we lost wickets crucially, so we were 20-30 runs short. we could have done better in the batting in the final phase. We should work on the consistency of the bowling as we lost a bit of focus. We were bowling well in the first three to four balls but taken for runs in the final two deliveries. That is something we have to work on, but having said that,  Lee played a brilliant innings and absolutely one of the innings everyone will remember. Having the fielding coach is definitely a bonus and we can improve fielding on the boundary lines because that's where, there is a difference between better sides and best sides in the world.
And, the game has been called off! South Africa have won this encounter, by virtue of being six runs ahead of the DLS Par Score, when the match was interrupted!
Weather Update!

The rains seems to have gotten heavier, meaning that the prospect of a restart is looking increasingly bleaker!

FYI, the DLS par score is 217 and South Africa are 6 runs ahead of it.
