That would be all from our side as we draw the curtains on our live coverage of this T20 international between Ireland and West Indies. For now, it's Soumarya Dutta taking your leave on behalf of my co-commentator Pradeep. See you soon.
Avilash: "West Indies is preparing a really good T20 side here for the next year's world cup. It's extremely sad to see Nicholas Pooran retire. If he would have been a part of this system, then this team could have achieved greater heights."
The trophy is being handed over to the West Indians and they're coming together to celebrate. It has been a tough summer for them here in the UK but this will be a really heartening result for them as they have won the T20 series against Ireland courtesy this sole win in the third T20I.
Shai Hope (West Indies Captain) - " It means a lot to us and we have been trying to build a solid team. We've climbed up the rankings and it's important to be consistent. We had a tough series against England and this is something that we can take back home. When we get our starts we have to convert them into big ones. Evin Lewis is a quality player and when he is in form, he can take down top class attacks. I want to wish Roston Chase all the best for the Australia series and he is also coming back into the limited overs format. "
Paul Stirling [Ireland captain]: "Couple of positives, tough day overall. Special mention to Humphreys, one of the best T20 spells I've seen in a while. Incredible bowling, had the left-handers in on the opposition. It tough to bowl from both the ends, taking out of the equation was tough. The message was just that, give it everything, just go out there and relax. Overall, we did give it a shot, but we were plenty short in the end. You always got to believe, we were comparing ourselves to where West Indies were, but they took it to different level in the death. Hopefully we can turn things around in the England series."
Evin Lewis is the Player of the Match! Here's what he has to say: "It was unfortunate that the first two games didn't happen owing to rain, but it was good to get out there and go on with the business. Felt pretty good, took two or three overs to see how the wicket was, and then kicked off from there. It means a lot, I wanted to do good as well, unfortunately I didn't get the start I wanted in the series, but it's good for the upcoming series. Pretty easy to bat with Hope, he make your job easier. It was grateful to bat with Hope."
Vivek Sahu: "Liam McCarthy's spell will haunt Ireland. Had he gone for 40 or 50 runs the target would be have much lesser and a chasable one. 200 or 220 was doable on this kind of a surface."
06:33 PM Local Time, 11:03 PM IST- Ireland 194/7 in 20 overs Ross Adair 48(36) | Akeal Hosein 3/27 Harry Tector 38(25) | Jason Holder 2/49
It's not everyday that a team loses out by 63 runs despite scoring 194 runs but today is one such occasion here at Bready. Ireland fought hard with the bat but the humongous score of 256 was always going to be way out of their reach. They remained in the contest till about the halfway stage of the innings but the regular loss of wickets post that put them on to the backfoot.
Ireland got off to a flyer as Paul Stirling smashed three boundaries from the first over of the innings but he was dismissed by Jason Holder which led to a quiet phase in the next few overs. However the dam broke in the 5th over as Adair and Tector started to hammer the ball to all parts of the ground and Ireland managed to get 66 runs from the powerplay. The partnership kept them in the run chase throughout the first half of the second innings as the West Indian bowlers struggled.
The pair of Adair and Harry Tector put up a 100 run stand and kept Ireland in the business for a while before Roston Chase dismissed Tector. Akeal Hossein came back into the attack and picked up two wickets in one over. Ireland were struggling against the spinners as West Indies were running through the overs in the middle phase of the game.
The West Indian spinners did the bulk of the damage as Akeal Hossein and Roston Chase picked up four wickets between themselves and gave away only 43 runs from six overs. Akeal was the pick of the bowlers with three wickets. Alzarri Joseph was slightly expensive but Romario Shepherd was tidy with his lengths. He picked up a wicket while Jason Holder picked up two wickets in his spell.
20.0
19.6 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, WEST INDIES THUMP IRELAND! West Indies take the series, 1-0 with a clinical win and finish the tour on a high. Yorker length outside the off-stump, Liam carved it to deep covers and picks up one.
19.5 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, OH! Full and straight, Liam backs away and looks to drive and misses, past the leg-stump to the keeper
19.4 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, EDGED AND FOUR! Third-man can't get around in time, that's another boundary for Liam. Back of a length in the channel, Liam looks to cut, but finds the outside edge and goes fine down to third-man.
19.3 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, SIX! What a shot from Liam. Short delivery, follows the batter as Liam backing away, dispatched it way over deep backward square-leg for a maximum. Irish fans on their feet again.
19.2 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, now a sharp bumper, well directed. Liam backs away and goes ducking under, through to the keeper.
19.1 Alzarri Joseph to Liam McCarthy, back of a length on leg-stump, Liam backing away, has a wild swing and a miss, through to the keeper
A couple of sixes back to back from Mark Adair and he reminds all and sundry of his hitting capabilities. However it barely matters as West Indies are certain to win this game. Ireland will however look to get the score above 200.

18.6 Jason Holder to Mark Adair, SIX MORE! This is even bigger from Adair. Overpitched outside the off-stump, Adair clears his front foot and smokes it over deep covers for back to back sixes.
18.5 Jason Holder to Mark Adair, SIX! BAM! Clean strike from Adair. Length delivery outside the off-stump, Adair belted it flat and goes all the way over deep extra-cover boundary for a maximum.
