That's the end of the match and Bears have lost to Kent by 21 runs. This was an another exciting contest between these two teams and Kent came out better than their opponent than the run difference suggests. We have witnessed some outstanding performances from both the teams and Kent were able to go past the line in a fine fashion.

Bears didn't really get going at the start of their chase as they lost early wickets and lost top 6 for just 55 while chasing a total of 163. It was a difficult road ahead and Jacob Lintott looked like he might be the man for them to do some miracle but he too got dismissed in the penultimate over only to end up getting all out by the end of 20 overs. Bresnan and Woakes also chipped in with few runs but they weren't enough for them chase down the target.

Kent have been clinical with the ball on the field. All the bowlers have done well in their overs. Matt Milnes was the pick of the bowlers with 4 wickets for 24 runs in his 4 overs. Qais Ahmed and Jack Leaning also got 2 wickets each while Joe Denly and Adam Milnes picked one each for their name.

With this win, Kent Spitfire have moved into the finals day of the tournament that is to be held on September 18th at Birmingham. The other teams that made their way to the finals day are Somerset, Sussex and Hampshire. They match line ups are yet to be decided but we can expect a cracker of a contest between any of the teams as they have displayed some outstanding cricket in the league stages of the tournament.

19.2 Matt Milnes to Tim Bresnan, BEATEN AGAIN! Outside off delivery, full and slow from the bowler, Bresnan tries to reach out to the ball but does not get any bat on ball, carbon copy of the previous ball

Matt Milnes bowl the final over.

Lintott is dismissed but he played an exciting knock for his team and kept the hopes alive while he was batting. They need 25 runs from the last over.

18.5 Adam Milne to Jake Lintott, FOUR! Full delivery outside the off stump, Lintott shuffles across and ramps the ball over the short fine leg fielder for a boundary
18.4 Adam Milne to Tim Bresnan, slower delivery outside off stump, played towards backward point for a single
18.3 Adam Milne to Jake Lintott, length delivery on the stumps angling in to the batsman who plays it towards mid off for a single
18.2 Adam Milne to Jake Lintott, BEATEN! Length delivery outside off, Lintott steps out to hit it over the covers but he is beaten by the pace of the ball
18.1 Adam Milne to Jake Lintott, FOUR! Full delivery way outside off, Lintott comes across and tries the ramp but gets an outside edge while attempting the shot and gets a boundary to third man
Adam Milne to continue.

17 from the over and Lintott is playing an absolute brute force innings here. They need 35 runs from 12 balls and can they do it today?
