Pakistan 144/7 (20 ov)
South Africa 145/4 (16.2 ov)
South Africa won by 6 wickets
Player of the match: Dwaine Pretorius
With the series now levelled, we are in for an exciting final game, the virtual decider tomorrow. South Africa coming back strong and Pakistan will look to avenge tonight's defeat. That's all for now as we look forward to a cracking encounter tomorrow. Do join us back for the action. This has been myself (Rishab) and Pradeep as we take your leave. Have a wonderful night then!
Dwaine Pretorius (MOM, South Africa) : Happy that I could contribute tonight. We executed our plan well, tried to mix-up line and length, and tried not to get lined up. Our spinners bowled well too and our execution was really good tonight. In the last game we lost the bigger moments despite playing well, but we won the big moments today. Hopefully we can win tomorrow and treat it like a final.
Dwaine Pretorius ( 4-0-17-5) is the Man Of the Match
Babar Azam, Pakistan Skipper: Disappointed that we didn't have enough runs on the board. The middle overs did hurt us as we lost crucial wickets due to which the total was such in the end. We failed to stitch any big partnerships going for us. The wicket was similar to the last one and not much change to the strip as well. We had minor mistakes in the bowling that didn't live up to the expectations tonight. The visiting team obviously comes up with a plan and tonight it worked out for them and we have to do well in the decider tomorrow
Reeza Hendricks: Coming into the game 1 down, the boys did well there to win this and going into the last game as a decider is a big one. It's part of the game that it's important to get some runs under the belt but was disappointed to not kick on and the important thing is I've been able to contribute as much as I can to the team. Unbelievable to get a five-for in a T20 game and it doesn't come very often. A good couple of days for us prepare and get into the T20 groove and luckily it paid off for us tonight.
South Africa bouncing back in some fashion then! A comfortable chase as it should have been and a comprehensive victory for them. They lost a couple of wickets early as Shaheen was on fire with that new ball and it looked like this game would go down the wire they way Pakistan started. Although, it was that partnership from Hendricks and Biljon that really set it up for South Africa bailing them out of the tricky start and dominating the bowlers with sensible batting, with the attacking intent up their sleeves as well! Valuable 40's for the batsmen and they would have liked to go on and get their respective fifties, nonetheless, they ensured they were in a strong position to chase it down.

Just a bit of a hope for Pakistan as they got both the two set batsmen but they just did not have enough runs on the board to put South Africa under pressure. They did not bowl particularly well as the Proteas were cruising along. The no-ball from Usman adding to their misery and they just did not have things going their way. Shaheen being help up too late as well with Pakistan running out of runs was out of understanding.

The experienced duo of Miller and Klaasen getting through some nervy moments in the end but making sure they got South Africa past the line without any further hiccups as they have now squared the series 1-1. They will go into tomorrow's final game with a lot of confidence. On the back of a good batting performance, and an even better bowling effort earlier on with Pretorius bagging a fantastic fifer, Shamsi bowling really well too and a complete all-round show from the visitor's this!
South Africa sealing the deal quite comfortably in the end as they level the series 1-1 going into what will be a decider tomorrow then! Winning with six wickets to spare and almost four overs at their disposal
16.2 Iftikhar Ahmed to David Miller, THAT'S IT! It's 1-1 now. Short on the outside off Miller on the backfoot slaps that one through the covers for just a single and that's all they needed. This is a scintillating performance from South Africa and came back to square the series now and they go into the decider tomorrow!
16.1 Iftikhar Ahmed to David Miller, SIX! BANG! Full and in the slot for Miller and gets on the front foot and SMOKES that one way over the long-on boundary for a huge maximum. Clean striking that from Miller! South Africa just need 1 here!
Just getting worse for Pakistan! Too much of an ask for Shaheen being brought in this late with the game as good as done, as long as South Africa don't throw it away of course, that doesn't seem likely either. The no-ball adding to the misery and this has turned out to be an expensive over. South Africa in touching distance now of closing out this game! Just 7 needed off 24 now
Over: 16 | Summary: 1 5nb 0 1 4 0 1 Bowler: Shaheen Afridi Score: 138/4
15.6 Shaheen Shah Afridi to David Miller, change of pace, slower on the off stump as Miller waits for it and taps it on the off-side towards point and runs a quick single
15.5 Shaheen Shah Afridi to David Miller, overpitches, too full on the off stump as Miller slices that one away but can't beat the short extra cover fielder, dot ball!
15.4 Shaheen Shah Afridi to David Miller, FOUR! Yorker gone wrong and South Africa cruising here. Full toss on the pads and Miller whacks that one away off the hips and that races away to the deep backward square leg boundary
15.3 Shaheen Shah Afridi to Heinrich Klaasen, back of a length on the outside off. Klaasen taps it away from the mid-off fielder as they run a quick single
15.2 Shaheen Shah Afridi to Heinrich Klaasen, slower delivery into Klaasen on the off stump as he stays back to whack that one straight to the short mid-wicket fielder and stays NOT OUT as it's a FREE HIT!
15.2 Shaheen Shah Afridi to Heinrich Klaasen, FOUR! NO-BALL! Beamer from Afridi, above the waist height, probably slipped from his hand. Klaasen gets his bat on his way and runs it down fine down the third-man region for a boundary. Immediate apology from Afridi to the batsman!
15.1 Shaheen Shah Afridi to David Miller, change of pace, back of a length into Miller on the off stump as he lets it come to him and places that one towards point region and runs a quick single
Shaheen finally coming back! Is it too late though? No slip in place as well
Tidy over from Iftikhar that. Won't hurt South Africa though as they have the chase well under control. They just need to ensure not to lose wickets and they should be seeing themselves through! Lucky boundary to end the over and they are getting closer!
