The forecast says we won't have any interruptions today. We've had overnight rain though and there has been condensation on the pitch. There are some footmarks and deterioration. Much more significant towards the River End. There was evidence of deterioration on Day 2 - significant bounce at times and then low bounce too. Those variabilities will challenge the batters. There was significant turn that Nathan Lyon extracted. That's a cue for captains - invest in your spinners too. Today's going to be challenging for batting and ball should continue to dominate bat as we go deeper into the Test match.
