AEW Collision Live Results (January 6, 2024): WWE Hall of Famer returns, big debut, Adam Copeland wins, top star attacked infront of family

Post-match, House of Black destroy FTR and Daniel Garcia. Steel chairs are wrapped around Harwood and Black hits a spinning kick.

Towards the end, Buddy Matthews looks to pin Dax Harwood, but the latter rolls him up for the win.

FTR win

FTR take Malakai Black out with a spike piledriver. All men are down on the mat. Brody King comes down to the ring, but Daniel Garcia attacks him with a chair and take King out.

Cash Wheeler comes in and FTR hits the Shatter Machine on Matthews, but Malakai Black makes the save.

Cash Wheeler looks for a dive to the outside, but HOB catches him and throws him over the announce table. Malakai Black and Buddy Matthews work on Harwood.

Harwood crotches Black on the turnbuckles. Harwood drops Malakai with a superplex and Wheeler hits a splash, but Black gets his knees up. Matthews comes in with flying knee strike.

After some back-and-forth, Malakai Black hits a back elbow for a two-count. Cash Wheeler drags Buddy Matthews out of the ring.

Harwood with vicious right hand strikes. He drops Malakai Black with a brainbuster for a two-count.

Cash Wheeler rolls up Buddy Matthews and follows up with a powerslam. Malakai Black is tagged in. Dax Harwood also. Harwood unloads on HOB and takes down Malakai with a forearm shot.

Wheeler looks to make the tag to Dax Harwood, but Buddy Matthews drags Harwood from the apron. Matthews and Black wear down Wheeler.

After some brief action, Black takes down Cash Wheeler with a moonsault on the floor. Wheeler has been isolated, but fights off HoB.

Wheeler takes a cheap shot at Buddy Matthews. Harwood and Matthews exchange some stiff strikes before Malakai Black is tagged in. Black hits a sliding dropkick for a two-count.

House of Black exchange some quick tags and wear down Dax Harwood. The latter comes back with a chop and a scoop slam. FTR double team Black for a two-count.

After some back-and-forth, both men come to a standstill. Dax Harwood flips offs Malakai Black. Black charges towards Harwood's family, but FTR chases him away.

Buddy applies an arm drag on Wheeler and tries to keep him on the mat. Malakai Black is tagged in. Harwood and Black battle in the ring.

House of Black vs. FTR

Dax Harwood and Buddy Matthews start the match. Both men engaged in a collar and elbow tie-up. Harwood tags in Cash Wheeler.

Big Bill then challenges Guevara and Chris Jericho to a AEW World Tag Team Championship match at Battle of the Belts next Saturday.

Ricky Starks and Big Bill are in a backstage segment. Starks hypes up his return to Daily's Place and vows to destroy Sammy Guevara.

Everett is on the turnbuckles, but Claudio Castagnoli is ready. The BCC member wins with the King Kong lariat.

Claudio Castagnoli wins

Claudio hits a giant swing inside the ring and throws Andrew onto the turnbuckles. Everett comes back with some high-flying moves and kicks Claudio.

Andrew Everett comes in with a dropkick, but Claudio Castagnoli overpowers him. Claudio hits a running uppercut on the outside.

Claudio Castagnoli is in action next. He puts Hangman Page on notice and challenges to a match on Dynamite.

We see the vignette hyping up Serena Deeb's return to AEW.

Towards the end, Skye Blue hits a TKO into a dragon sleeper submission to pick up the win.

Hogan unloads with chops, but Blue gets out. Skye Blue and Kiera Hogan connect with thrust kicks, but Blue hits a fallaway slam.

Hogan hits a dropkick and a hip attack in the corner. She hits a baseball slide in the corner and follows up with a neckbreaker for a two-count.

The action has slowed down. Skye Blue looks for a move from the turnbuckles, but Kiera Hogan connects with a kick.

Blue stomps on Hogan. After some back-and-forth, Skye Blue gets a two-count with a kick.

Hogan rocks Blue with some chops, but the latter hits a snap vertical suplex on the floor. She gets a two-count.

Skye Blue grabs Kiera Hogan by the hair and hits a big boot. The action spills to the outside and Blue hits some heavy strikes. Hogan responds with some of her own.

Blue chokes Hogan with her boot. After some back-and-forth, Hogan hits a drop toehold on the ropes and follows up with a hip attack. She gets a two-count shortly after.

Skye Blue vs. Kiera Hogan

It is Kiera Hogan's AEW return match. Skye Blue applies a headlock on Hogan early on and stomps on her back.

We see Sting, Darby Allin, and Ric Flair in a backstage segment. The trio confirm their appearance for Dynamite at Daily's Place.

Post-match, Cole Karter attacks Adam Copeland, but misses a 450-splash. Copeland takes him down with a spear.

Both men are on the turnbuckles and Copeland unloads with headbutts. He then drops Garrison and applies the crossface for the win.

Adam Copeland goes for the spear, but Griff Garrison hits a discus right arm strike for a close two-count.

Both men are down on the mat. Copeland face plants Garrison, and takes out Karter. He hits a diving crossbody for a two-count.

Garrison whips Copeland in the corner and follows up with a suplex for a two-count. Adam Copeland looks for a comeback, but Griff Garrison drops him face-first on the mat.

Adam Copeland vs. Griff Garrison

Adam Copeland dominates Griff Garrison in the intial stages of the match. Maria Kanellis briefly distracts Copeland and Cole Karter trips him to give Garrison the upperhand.

Garrison says he accepts Copeland's challenge. After some verbal back-and-forth, Griff Garrison slaps Adam Copeland. The match starts.

Copeland says he is ready to earn his title and start from the back of the line. Maria Kanellis, Cole Karter and Griff Garrison interrupt Copeland.

Adam Copeland is out here to address his Worlds End loss. Copeland says he and Christian Cage beat the living hell out of one another.

We see a backstage confrontation between The Acclaimed, Billy Gunn and The Gunns.

Towards the end, Mike Bennett drops Bryan Keith and The Kingdom manage to retain their titles.

The United Kingdom retain

Keith hits a running headbutt and Komander hits a superplex on top of Keith's shoulders. The champions are reeling and Bryan Keith tosses Komander over The Kingdom.

Bryan Keith drops Mike Bennett on the turnbuckles and tags in Komander. He unloads on the champions.

The Undisputed Kingdom get some quick nearfalls. After some back-and-forth, the champions get another two-count with Matt Taven's elbow drop.

Keith fires back with chops of his own. Bennett drops Keith on the turnbuckles and Taven gets a two-count. Taven hits a brainbuster for a two-count over Keith.

Bryan Keith comes in and he rocks Taven with a big boot, Bennett is tagged in and he drops Keith with a right hand. Bennett hits some chops and stomps in the corner.

The champions attack Komander early one. Mike Bennett unload on the masked star before Matt Taven is tagged in. He gets a two-count.
