Cody is heading to AEW Revolution to face MJF.

CODY WITH A HUGE MOONSAULT ON WARDLOW FROM THE TOP OF THE CAGE! OH MY GOD!

Results: Cody defeats Wardlow

Wardlow gets the diamond ring, but Cody uses the Low Blow and takes MJF's ring.

MJF tries climbing into the ring, but Brandi hits MJf with a steel chair and Arn Anderson sends him into the crowd.

Cody punches Wardlow with a punch and then the Cross Rhodes.

A NEAR-FALL.

Cody is putting it all on the line. He is going to the top of the cage.

Wardlow goes to the top rope and hits the Senton for a near-fall.

Wardlow sends Cody into the door of the steel cage, which throws it open. Arn Anderson uses the door to hit MJF. Wardlow escapes the Powerbomb and clotheslines Wardlow thrice, with the third one dropping him. He sends Wardlow into the cage and then hits the Powerslam for the near-fall.

Wardlow hits the Spinning F10. Wardlow is looking to injure Cody so that he cannot go to AEW Revolution. That is the aim of this match.

Cody gets a cutter in and then batters Wardlow in the corner.

Cody is bleeding very badly at the moment. Wardlow sends Cody across the ring with a release suplexes.

Wardlow is using the cage to the best possible effect. Cody is being punished by Wardlow in every sense of the term. Cody has already been busted open. Cody is hung upside down against the steel cage.

Cody is able to hit Wardlow with the knee early on, but Wardlow is still standing. Wardlow catches Cody, but Cody comes back with a Disaster Kick.

This match feels like the biggest event to take place in AEW so far. There have hardly been any special stipulation matches other than No Holds Barred, and so this is special already.

Omega tries the One-Winged Angel, but Penta kicks out. V-Trigger Buckshot combination on Penta.

Fenix avoids the Buckshot Lariat and Omega gets caught.

Omega with a jumping knee on the apron to Pentagon. Fenix with a knee to Omega. Pentagon tries the Package Piledriver to Omega, but he reverses. Fenix sends him out with the Hurricanrana. Adam Page takes out everyone at ringside. Back in the ring, Page hits the Discus Lariat.

Those moves came out of nowhere.

Page takes out Fenix on the outside and hits the sliding Lariat on Pentagon. Omega and Page work together and send both Fenix and him into the corner. The Lucha Bros fight back, but Penta eats the Elbow and the German Suplex.

SUDDEN CUTTER BY FENIX FOLLOWED BY A MODIFIED DESTROYER.

Omega has been isolated for a while now. Pentagon is taken out with a Tornado DDT. Omega tags in Page, who comes in with all the fury. He hits Pentagon with multiple shots.
