WWE NXT Results March 4th, 2020: Winners, Grades, Video Highlights for latest NXT

Velveteen Dream never cared about Roderick Strong. It was all about Adam Cole and his NXT Championship. What a mad lad! TakeOver: Tampa is gonna be incredible!

Dream tells Strong to watch closely as he bounces the NXT Championship off the skull of Adam Cole.

Strong tries to get back in to save Cole, but is pelted with kendo strikes. Dream slingshots Cole into Strong then drives Cole into the chair with the Dream Valley Driver.

Roderick Strong defeats Velveteen Dream.

Adam Cole makes it in and distracts Dream as Strong moves to the door. However, with Cole out in the corner, Dream pushes Strong through, intentionally losing to take on Cole.

As Dream moves to the top for a Purple Rainmaker, the Undisputed Era rushes the ring. Dream leaps off the cage back inside the ring for the kendo stick, knocking Fish & O'Reilly off the cage.

Dream leaps to the cage door but is dragged back by Strong, who attempts to do the same thing. Dream spikes him with two Dream Valley Drivers.

As Strong tries to escape, Dream yanks his pants down in an attempt to slow him down. Both men brawl right at the top of the cage, and Strong takes Dream all the way down with an Olympic Slam!

Strong picks up the stick and uses it for a modified pumphandle backbreaker.

Dream nearly taps out, but manages to roll up Strong for a two-count.

Dream traps Strong in the Strong Hold! Strong manages to counter his own move, then attempts to put Dream in it himself.

Strong launches Dream into the cage and traps him between the ropes. Dream's head bounces repeatedly off the steel.

Roddy's wife, Marina Shafir, runs in and hands Strong a kendo stick! Strong immediately loses it to Dream, who pelts the Messiah of the Backbreaker with it.

Strong hammers Dream with right hands and drops him with a back suplex, starting the offense on his back.

Dream takes Strong out with a crossbody from the top rope.

Strong rushes Dream as soon as he enters the ring and tears into his chest with a series of chops.

Here we are, the main event. Velveteen Dream vs Roderick Strong in a steel cage match!

Next week we get two title matches, folks! NXT Tag Team Title Bout (Undisputed Era vs the BroSerweights) and the Nort American Championship (Cameron Grimes vs Keith Lee). Now that's a stacked card already!

That was intense...

Gargano's so intense he actually scares Mauro off, ending the interview early. He says that next week, they do things his way at the PC.

Ranallo asks Gargano why he did what he did. Gargano says that everyone knows why. He calls out Mauro for calling him "Johnny Turncoat" even though he never called and asked why face-to-face.

Gargano denies sneak attacking Ciampa, stating that at TakeOver he stared him right in the eyes and the next week he was wearing a "powder blue sportscoat."

Gargano says that Mauro is vital to NXT. He's the one that tells their stories.

Austin Theory defeats Isaiah "Swerve" Scott via pinfall.

After raking the eyes of Scott, Theory plants him with the Austin Theory Launch(TKO) with one arm! 1-2-3!

Theory fights out but gets his arm snapped by Scott! Pete Dunne/Shayna Baszler level of snaps right there!

Scott blocks Ataxia and hammers Theory with a right hand. Theory responds with one of his own. A rolling thunder dropkick is countered in mid-air with a cross armbreaker!!

Theory blocks a rana for a buckle bomb! RP1 (fisherman's neckbreaker) gives Theory a near fall.

Theory hits a rolling thunder dropkick on Scott. These two just continue to slug it out. A discus clothesline to Theory nearly takes his head off.

Mauro just called these two "Young Lions."

WWE Universe is all about this Swerve/Theory match. Rightfully so, these two are incredible.
