WWE RAW Live Results (February 19th, 2024): Jey Uso tries to win his first singles title in main event!

Gunther defeats Jey Uso via pinfall

After the match, Jimmy demolishes Jey. "You ain't winning nothing without me! No matter how big you get, I'll always be your big brother!"

A hooded figure is seen ringing the bell, and we find out it is Jimmy Uso. During the distraction, Gunther goes for a sleeper. Jey escapes and lays him out with a superkick before laying out Jimmy and the security guards with a suicide dive.

Gunther gets his knees up for the Uso Splash, escaping with the gold.

Gunther defeats Jey Uso via pinfall

After a fifth spear, we see the Uso Splash connect!! Before he can get the three, the bell rings early.

Jey responds with another spear, and Gunther has to roll to the apron to escape a pin. Jey follows him, hitting another spear!! A fourth on the floor cut Gunther in two. Jey is feeling it!

Gunther chops the YEET outta Jey, but the multi-time tag team champion avoids another powerbomb for a spear!! As he moves up top, Gunther follows. A top rope single underhook suplex launches Jey off the top across the ring. Gunther goes to the opposite corner for a big splash and a two-count.

Jey gets to his feet and sends the Champion to the floor for a suicide dive. The momentum swings right as we head into the final commercial break of the night.

A powerbomb connects, but Jey kicks out. Gunther is getting frustrated with Jey's determination and sheer will. A Boston Crab is locked in right in the center of the ring, but Jey refuses to quit.

Back in the ring, a superkick and uppercut leaves Gunther in the corner for the running hip attack. A little too much showboating to the crowd gives Gunther time to recover with a massive shotgun dropkick!!

Jey Uso's Uso Splash is countered by a massive chop. Gunther pulls him to the floor, looking for a powerbomb onto the table, but Jey counters and hits a Samoan Drop! Gunther's in danger!

Gunther stretches Jey on the turnbuckle and launches him onto the barricade. Jey has gotten no offense in at all! The Ring General completely demolishes Main Event Jey in the opening minutes of this title bout.

Gunther starts the Intercontinental Championship match off strong, rocking the challenger with huge shots. The time for talk is over. We see the 2K24 ratings of Gunther and Jey, both at 90.

New Day's Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods state that Main Event Jey will handle business and capture the Intercontinental Championship tonight. As far as they're concerned...they're challenging Imperium to a Street Fight next week!

That crowd loved Chad Gable's win. Good to know people still care.

Gable nearly flattens his own head with this German suplex

The German suplex connects! Gable moves up for a moonsault of his own, and it hits!! The ankle lock is synched in, and it does the trick! Ivar can't escape!

Chad Gable defeats Ivar via submission

Ivar looks to squash Gable in between himself and the apron LED screen. Gable avoids it but is flattened by a diving senton off the top!! Somehow, Gable kicks out. Doomsault misses, and Gable has a chance!

Ivar is dominating back from the break, but Gable manages to duck a kick and bring the big man with a chop block. An ankle lock is locked in until Ivar shakes him and sends him to the floor.

Chad Gable is next against Ivar. Despite a great early showing, Ivar dominates and slams Gable's spine first with a powerbomb on the barricade!

They paid the price of ignoring Nia Jax.

Bianca Belair is the last woman out and gets the largest pop out of the participants. She reminds them she's the only one to win a chamber match. Tiffany claims that she peaked last year, and it's time to let a new era take over, leading to a brawl.

As they square off, Nia Jax runs in and lays out all of her possible contenders should she beat Rhea Ripley at Elimination Chamber.

Naomi is out next and claims that she's better now than she's ever been and she deserves to be at the top. Tiffany Stratton interrupts, stating that Naomi left an empty space that she is ready to fill.
It's Tiffy Time, and at the Elimination Chamber, we move away from the past, toward the future that is the Tiffy Top!

Raquel is out next and warns them about looking too far into the future. "You're focusing too much on Rhea." She claims to be the one big enough to take out Nia and Rhea.

Liv explains that Becky's reasoning doesn't matter. This is about Liv and her revenge. She and Raquel Rodriguez were in the middle of tag team dominance when Rhea Ripley injured her shoulder and took her out for six months. She reminds Becky that she was the last to beat Rhea Ripley.

Lynch claims that she's the best she's ever been right now. She says she has nothing against any of the women in the Elimination Chamber...minus Tiffany Stratton. She's kind of annoying.

This is, however, Becky's first Chamber match. Before she can continue, Liv Morgan interrupts.

Lynch knows that she and Rhea Ripley are on a collision course, and when they finally meet, it will be the fight of their lives. For the last year, Ripley's been the talk of the promotion and riding a wave that only comes around once in a lifetime. Ripley's gone through everyone to prove herself...except Becky Lynch.

Becky Lynch is out next as the crowd gives up big love for The Man. She thanks them for their participation tonight and says there aren't many "new" things for her to do. Aside from her hat. That's new.

Sami Zayn is asked to respond to Drew McIntyre's controversial win tonight. He says he needs to put a pause on his feud with Drew. It's 'Mania season, and he knows there's a path there. He just doesn't know where it is.

Truth avoids another South of Heaven, countering into a roll-up for another near fall. Priest avoids the AA and finally hits South of Heaven. 1-2-3.

Judgment Day defeats R-Truth, The Miz, and DIY via pinfall.

Truth avoids a splash in the corner and hits a leaping flatliner for a near fall!

Back from the break, we see Tommaso Ciampa is able to tag in. The Psycho Killer goes off on Judgment Day, dropping Balor with Willow's Bell and hitting a corkscrew plancha on the floor to Dirty Dom.
Truth and Damian Priest tag in at the same time, and Truth hits the Lie Detector!!

Truth avoids South of Heaven and rocks Priest with the Axe Kick! Dom distracts and eats a right hand for good measure. Let's go Truth!

"We want Truth" chants are exploding throughout the crowd, and he finally gets in!! Shoulder tackle, shoulder tackle, protoplex, and the Five-Knuckle Shuffle!! Truth goes for the Attitude Adjustment, but Damian Priest blind tags JD before the AA can connect and drags Truth to the floor. Truth is launched nose-first into the ring post.

Judgment Day is dominating Johnny Gargano after the break. Truth gets massive cheers while this is happening. Come on, Johnny! Get to Truth!

The Miz opens things with JD McDonagh, laying into the former Cruiserweight Champion. Judgment Day and team Truth rush in, leading to a brawl that sends Judgment Day to the floor.

DIY, Miz, and R-Truth all hit "S*CK IT" poses, which has confused Truth more.

R-Truth enters the arena first...still wearing the poncho from when he was outside in the rain. Sure, why not? Sell R-Truth ponchos on WWEshop.

UFC Lightweight star Michael Chandler calls out Conor McGregor for ducking him, demanding he get his "candy a*s" back into the UFC.

Truth calls Judgment Day out for keeping Nick Mysterio "locked away in a closet unable to use Facebook." Yeah, shame on them!

Truth, The Miz, and DIY take on the Judgment Day next!

We get a recap of the R-Truth/Judgment Day story so far, with Truth...not entirely understanding as usual. We see moments where the group mauled Truth, but also times where the group was happy to have him around.

"I haven't cried this much since the ending of This is Us." Truth with some important words there.

Rhea says when she first got to WWE, she didn't feel comfortable in her own skin. Now, though, Mami knows who she is and what she is...and that's the WWE Women's World Champion. Nia vows to send Rhea Ripley crying to her own mommy, but Ripley isn't shaken.

"Your nightmares will become a reality when you realize you're just not good enough." That left Nia Jax fuming.

Next up is a side-by-side interview between Rhea Ripley and Nia Jax. Both women are seated in different locations...and somebody on the production side of things might have made an error, as we have a giant "NEXT" between Rhea and Nia, but that segment is taking place now.
