WWE SmackDown Live Results (April 29, 2022): Beat The Clock "I Quit" Challenge

After the match, guest bell keeper Drew Gulak is attacked by Charlotte Flair. The Queen hammers him with a boot to the face before taking him and the bell inside. Flair cracks Gulak on the back of the neck with the bell, laying out the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion.

Aliyah is the opponent for Charlotte Flair, and she manages to stun the Queen with a wheelbarrow bulldog. However, a crossbody from the top misses. Charlotte nails a big boot with forty seconds left to spare. Aliyah sends Flair to the floor before she can lock in the Figure-8. With ten seconds left, Flair does finally catch Aliyah.

Aliyah does tap. However, it was after the time limit expired.

Thanks to Aliyah's sheer guts and determination, Ronda Rousey picks up major steam heading into their match at WrestleMania Backlash.

Shotzi attempts to break away again, but is ultimately pulled into the middle of the ring. Trapped in an ankle lock, she's forced to submit at 1:41.

Ronda Rousey defeats Shotzi via submission.

Charlotte Flair has quite a short time to beat. Can the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion do it?

Shotzi runs from Ronda Rousey, getting in and out of the ring to add nearly thirty seconds of time to Ronda's clock. Eventually Ronda catches Shotzi, blasting her with a kick to the face.

Due to the actions of Ridge and Sheamus tonight, we'll see them face The New Day in a Tables Mtach next week! Up next, the Beat the Clock "I Quit" Challenge, with Ronda Rousey taking on Shotzi first.

Lacey Evans is back to talk about her time in boot camp, highlighting her accomplishments. However, when the time came to celebrate with her parents after graduation, nobody was there to celebrate with her. She follows, saying that the hardships she continued to face have only strengthened her spirit.

Sheamus and Ridge set up a table, and Ridge drives Woods through the wood with one dominant powerbomb. They were tied following Sheamus's win, but we'll call that 2-1 for Sheamus and Ridge tonight.

Sheamus catches Kingston coming off the ropes, hitting a big powerslam. Kingston ducks the Brogue Kick and hits the SOS, giving Kofi another near fall. Sheamus lies in wait as Kofi comes off the top, hitting a flash knee strike on the jaw followed by a Brogue Kick!

Sheamus defeats Kofi Kingston via pinfall.

After the match, Ridge attacks Woods.

Kofi Kingston takes out Sheamus with the trust fall and hits a schoolboy in the ring for a close count. Sheamus breaks away but is caught with a springboard diving double ax handle.

Somehow, someway, Woods catches another opponent with the Backwoods. Ridge gets caught and is unable to kick out. Sheamus, furious, calls out Kofi Kingston for a match.

Xavier Woods defeats Ridge via pinfall.

While Woods gets away from Ridge's grasp, the WWE Universe goes after Sheamus with "Shake It Sheamus" chants. Ridge catches Woods with a nasty spinebuster, spiking him on the mat for a two-count.

Back from commercial break we see Ridge hit a tackle to the front of Woods' knee that turns him inside out. Ridge follows up with heavy shots to the King's upper body.

Xavier Woods sends Ridge shoulder first into the corner before spiking him on the floor with a tornado DDT! Sheamus and Ridge are already in dire straits with their tag partner MIA, will Xavier Woods make the night worse?

Paul Heyman and Roman Reigns have gotten their way! Instead of a WWE Tag Title Unification Match, it's RK-Bro and Drew McIntyre vs The Bloodline in a six-man tag!

The New Day are out to mock Sheamus and Ridge, who still can't find Butch. The multi-time tag team champions start up a "Shake It Sheamus" chant that will haunt arenas around the country, surely.

Backstage, Sheamus and Ridge are putting up posters looking for Butch. Turns out, they were just putting their posters on top of each other's, limiting their search to the locker room and parking lot. Ridge is on the way to the ring, but the question is, where is Butch?

The Queen of Spades has Naomi's number early, catching the WWE Tag Champion's offense throughout the bout. However, Naomi is able to send Shayna face first into the turnbuckle, following with a roll-up for a surprisingly quick win.

Naomi defeats Shayna Baszler via pinfall.

After the match, Natalya attacks Sasha and Naomi. Nattie locks in the Sharpshooter on Banks on the apron while Shayna sets up a nasty arm breaking stomp. Nattie forces Sasha to watch the whole thing, unable to save her friend and partner.

Paul Heyman runs into Adam Pearce backstage, letting him know the Head of the Table isn't very happy. Reigns has made a change to WrestleMania Backlash. RK-Bro and Drew McIntyre vs The Bloodline! Pearce says it can't be done because both sets of tag titles must be on the line.

Heyman tries to force Pearce's hand, threatening to go to the board should Pearce refuse to give fans the match. What will Pearce do?

The Bloodline lays waste to RK-Bro, but the RAW Tag Champions are saved by Drew McIntyre! The Scottish Warrior has returned to ringside and demolishes The Usos before setting his sights on The Tribal Chief!

Randy shows that it's easy for him to recognize who is who. Jey is the right-hand man. And Jimmy? Well, he's something we can't repeat here. As a brawl erupts (It's a contract signing, what did you expect) Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring!

The Usos remind RK-Bro that they're the twos, because Jimmy and Jey are The Ones. They follow up, saying that Randy Orton and Riddle will have to acknowledge the Bloodline. Riddle is confused, because he simply can't tell his opponents apart.

Raquel hits a spinning splash on Cat Cardoza, but Cat responds with a knee in the corner before draping her neck atop the ropes. As Cat goes for a big boot, Raquel catches it, turning it into her devastating one-armed powerbomb dubbed the Chingona Bomb!
