A number of Championship contenders could be decided on this week's SmackDown Live.

That's it for this week's episode of SmackDown Live. Miz and Mrs will debut on the USA Network next.

Daniel Bryan attacked The Miz's bodyguards after they refused to let him enter this ring. Miz tossed his "baby" at Daniel Bryan and it turned out to be a doll. He then hit Bryan with the Skull Crushing Finale. Miz then said that the baby at the back was an actor and he would never bring his daughter to a city like this.

Daniel Bryan comes in the titantron after the Miz and Mrs promo. He tells Miz that he's coming out to "apologize" to Miz in person.

The Miz, Maryse and their daughter Monroe Sky are out next to hype the debut of Miz and Mrs.

The Bar's music hits after the match and they finally return to SmackDown. They say that they miss being tag-team champions and make their intentions for SummerSlam clear.

Woods finally made the tag to Big E after the break. E came and dished out belly-to-belly suplexes to Wolfe before EY interrupted again. Kofi tried to take out Young but Woods got involved. In the chaos, Woods and Big E hit Wolfe with a Big Ending to leave with the win.

The New Day vs SAnitY (SmackDown Tag-Team Tournament)
Woods and Wolfe start us off. Woods takes Wolfe down y a forearm before wrenching his arm. Eric Young distracts Woods and Wolfe hits a German Suplex and tags in Killian Dain. Dain hits Woods with a wasteland and follows it up with a senton as we head to commercial.

Lynch went for the legdrop from the top rope but Carmella dodges it and hits the Superkick. Becky kicks out again and locks in the Dis-Arm-Her. Carmella taps out. Becky is heading to SummerSlam!

Becky hit Carmella with a Bexploder as we came back from the break. She followed with a forearm smash and headed to the top rope. Carmella sent Becky crashing down and went for the Superkick. Becky blocked it but Carmella rolled her up before leveraging her feet against the ropes to try and get the win. Becky still kicks out.

Becky will face Carmella at SummerSlam if she wins tonight. Becky started off strong as Carmella seemed to still be reeling from Ellsworth's firing in the opening stages. Carmella took control of the match as we headed into commercial.

While Paige was backstage making sure that Ellsworth was getting ejected from the arena, Samoa Joe attacked AJ in the ring, locking in the Coquina Clutch. He then signed the contract for the match at SummerSlam, revealing that he will face Styles in Brooklyn.

Paige invited AJ Styles out to find out who he would be challenging him at SummerSlam. Before Paige could make the reveal, James Ellsworth came put and was promptly fired by Paige.

SmackDown GM Paige is out next for a big SummerSlam announcement.

Billie Kay vs Asuka

Asuka makes short work of Billie Kay tonight despite interference from Peyton Royce. Kay tried her best to get under Asuka's skin early on but it just didn't matter. Asuka found her opening and pinning Kay following multiple kicks to the head.

Samoa Joe vs R-Truth

Samoa Joe charged at Truth as soon as the bell rang. Truth did a split to dodge Joe and hit him with a running wheel kick followed by a Stinger Splash in the corner. Truth's momentum didn't last and Joe hit Truth with an Uranage before locking in the Coquina Clutch for the routine win.

Lana and Zelina Vega braw at ringside as Aiden English comes out to stop them. Vega makes English bump into Lana and Rusev is incensed. Almas comes up from behind and hits the Hammerlock DDT for the 3-count.

Andrade 'Cien' Almas def. Rusev

Rusev went for a Machka kick but Almas sidestepped it and hit him with a chop. Almas replies with a boot but Almas hits Rusev with an elbow. He goes for the double knees but Rusev catches him with a Machka kick but can't go for the cover.

Back from the break, Rusev and Almas trade strikes. Rusev follows up with a kick to the head following by a running wheel kick.The fans loved it as Rusev continued his assault with a kick to the head for a 2-count.

Almas taunts Rusev early on with his trademark pose, hanging off the middle and top rope. Rusev replies with a number of Suplexes, sending Almas crashing out of the ring as we head to commercial.

Orton says that he started off as the legend killer but now, the fans were the real legend killers. He adds hat Jeff Hardy won't be back after he's done with him, Jeff Hardy will be unrecognizable.

Orton is out to explain why he's had it for Jeff hardy in the last week. Orton cheesily says it that he did it because of the fans. Orton says that busted his ass for 16 years but he still felt that he didn't get the respect he deserved. He asks the fans why they don't respect him.

Will Becky Lynch earn a SmackDown Women's Title Match at SummerSlam?
After Becky Lynch continued her winning streak with another impressive victory last week on SmackDown LIVE against Mandy Rose, The Irish Lass Kicker made an impassioned post-show warning that Straight Fire is coming after the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

General Manager Paige was definitely listening, as she declared that Lynch will square off against The Princess of Staten Island this week. If Becky losses, Paige will throw the titleholder the Mellabration of all Mellabrations. But if Becky emerges victorious, she will earn a SmackDown Women's Title opportunity at SummerSlam!

Paige reveals tonight's First Round SmackDown Tag Team Title Tournament Match: The New Day vs. SAnitY
SmackDown LIVE General Manager Paige took to Twitter on Saturday evening to announce that over the next three weeks, four of the blue brand's best tag teams will battle it out in a tournament to see who will earn the opportunity to challenge The Bludgeon Brothers for the SmackDown Tag Team Titles at SummerSlam.

On Sunday, Paige announced the teams that will compete in the tournament, announcing The New Day, SAnitY, The Usos and The Bar will battle it out to determine who will face off against The Bludgeon Brothers for the titles at SummerSlam.

Then, from the airport, en route to SmackDown LIVE, Paige revealed that tonight's First Round tournament match will pit The New Day against SAnitY!
