Conor McGregor is known for going too far. That's what he does best and because he's the one who pushes the line, the fans have learned to love him for that. Unfortunately, sometimes he does that too well.

In 2018 April, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Artem Lobov had an altercation. Lobov was slapped around by Khabib. With Artem being a training partner of Conor as well as being a personal friend, McGregor took offense.

McGregor saw the incident as a slight on him and decided to take revenge.

He arrived for the aforesaid event with his friends just as the bus for the UFC 223 media day, which contained Khahib was leaving. He tried to call out Khabib and when the fighter did not answer, grabbed a dolly and threw it at the window of the bus, shattering the window, and in the process injuring several fighters who were present. Ray Borg and Michael Chiesa were left injured and unable to fight.

A warrant was issued for McGregor's arrest, and he turned himself in later that night. He was ordered to attend anger management classes and provide community service as a sentence.

McGregor was also sued by Michael Chiesa later for the incident.
