ONE flyweight king Demetrious Johnson is gearing up for his highly-anticipated trilogy bout with Adriano Moraes. In the lead-up, 'Mighty Mouse' tested his grappling skills against Brazilian jiu-jitsu superstar Garry Tonon.
Tonon is currently the No. 2 ranked lightweight on ONE's roster. 'The Lion Killer' is 6-1 inside the circle, with his lone defeat coming to top contender Thanh Le in his previous contest.
Meanwhile, Demetrious Johnson is slated to defend his flyweight strap at ONE on Prime Video 10 next May. The versatile champ recently sharpened his grappling skills by working with Tonon on the mats.

Demetrious Johnson explains how he'll combat Colorado's high altitude in his upcoming fight
ONE Championship is set to debut in the United States, as ONE on Prime Video 10 will take place at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
The high altitude of the Rocky Mountains is always a factor for athletes competing in the area—and 'Mighty Mouse' knows it. The champ recently spoke with the promotion about his plans to deal with thin air. He said:
“I just have to decide if I want to get there early or not. I fought in Broomfield, Colorado, before when I was still kind of young in my career.”
Demetrious Johnson added, saying:
“I’m going back out to Arizona to get ready for my fight and do my pre-camp with Henry [Cejudo]. After that, I’m going to sit down with the wife and do two weeks out there and see if it makes a difference.”
Training alongside Henry Cejudo and getting to Colorado two weeks early will certainly help Johnson to be in a prime position to defend his world title.
