Actor and sports enthusiast Michael Rapaport makes UFC 285 main event bet against Ariel Helwani 

Actor Michael Rapaport seems all too convinced that former light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is going to triumph over Ciryl Gane at UFC 285. During a recent episode of The MMA Hour, the 'Atypical' star made a bet with veteran journalist Ariel Helwani regarding the main event bout.

Rapaport predicted that 'Bones' will finish the Frenchman in three rounds in their heavyweight title matchup. As per the agreement, the loser of the bet will treat the winner to coffee and Helwani seems more than happy to oblige.

The actor said:

"I'll be there next week to discuss Jon Jones winning in three, three rounds... Jones in three and I'll come to New York and the loser of our bet will get the other person coffee."

Michael Rapaport is an American actor, director, comedian, and podcaster. Based on his IMDb profile, the 52-year-old has made more than a hundred appearances in film and television.

Starting his career in the early 1990s, Rapaport has been a part of films such as 'The Deep Blue Sea', 'True Romance', and 'Higher Learning', among others. He is currently best known for his portrayal of Doug Gardner in the critically acclaimed Netflix show, 'Atypical'.

Rapaport is also a longtime UFC fan and often puts out MMA as well as other sports-related content on his YouTube channel.

UFC 285 is scheduled for Saturday, March 4, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The event will be headlined by the highly anticipated heavyweight title fight between Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane.
