ONE women’s atomweight world champion Angela Lee resurfaced on Instagram after losing to Xiong Jing Nan last September at ONE on Prime Video 2.

‘Unstoppable’ released a picture of herself and her younger sister, Victoria ‘The Prodigy’ Lee, showing off their guns after a recent training session.

She captioned the image with the following words:

“Tis' the season to be... JACKED 🦾🤪 Sis and I putting in that work off season! @victorialee.mma”

Fans across the MMA circuit responded positively to the image, lauding and praising the two women for their hard work.

Check out some of their reactions:

“Two great looking champion sisters 🙌❤️❤️🙌👏👏🔥”
“Angela the Hulk”
“Damn Victoria Lee is getting jacked 🔥”

The Singapore-American fighter is coming off of a controversial decision-loss against Chinese strawweight champion Xiong Jing Nan. This marked her second loss to Xiong, putting ‘The Panda’ ahead of her 2-1 in their world title series.

Disappointed as she was by the judges’ unanimous decision, Lee has refocused all her energy on getting herself physically and mentally stronger before her next fight.

Victoria Lee, on the other hand, hasn’t fought since September 2021. She defeated Brazil’s Victoria Souza by knockout, adding to her clean slate of a record of 3-0. Although there’s no news of her return yet, fans are happy to see her motivated and active at her sister's side.

“Guess what? I’m coming to her weight class”- Xiong Jing Nan puts Angela Lee on notice

In the post-fight interviews last month, Xiong put Angela Lee on notice, vowing to meet her at her own weight class to take the atomweight belt.

It won’t be the first time Xiong heads down to the 115lbs pound division. Lee was submitted by Angela Lee in her first attempt at her crown at ONE: Century Part I in October 2019. Feeling like she’s leveled-up in her grappling and takedown defense, ‘The Panda’ is confident there won’t be a repeat of that night.

In a post-fight interview at ONE on Prime Video 2, Xiong warned Lee not to get too comfortable because she’s coming for her:

“This time she came into my territory, [so] guess what? I’m coming to her weight class.”
