As UFC Fight Night: Rodriguez vs. Lemos edges closer, four fighters failed to make weight for their upcoming bouts, while Shanna Young was able to weigh in successfully only on her second attempt.

The event, which had already lost its original headliner in Bryce Mitchell vs. Movsar Evloev a while back, has now taken another hit with a number of fighters failing to make their designated weight. Catchweight bouts have been agreed upon for three of the four fighters who didn't make weight on the night.

Grant Dawson, who came in 1.5lbs overweight, was set to meet Mark Madsen during the event, but that fight now looks in jeopardy. It is still unknown whether the clash between the two lightweights will go ahead tomorrow night.

Ramona Pascual, who is still searching for her first win inside the octagon, missed her women's bantamweight limit by one pound. Like everyone else who missed weight, she will be forced to give up 20% of her purse.

Last time out, Carlos Candelario put up a losing effort against rising prospect Tatsuro Taira and will face yet another young talent when he steps into the cage against 26-year-old Jake Hadley.

Benito Lopez hopes to add to his record when he collides with the well-rounded Mario Bautista in a fight that could well steal the spotlight and win Fight of the Night honors.
