Brendan Schaub is not satisfied with the California State Athletic Commission's (CSAC) new rule that disallows MMA judges and referees from traveling across the country to work multiple events on consecutive days. The ruling comes just days after veteran MMA judge Douglas Crosby was found to be at the center of two controversial scorecards.

At Bellator 289's main event, Crosby was the sole dissenting judge who scored 50-45 in favor of Danny Sabatello over Raufeon Stots in a split decision won by the latter. The following day at UFC 282, Douglas Crosby was again one of the judges who scored in favor of Paddy Pimblett for a controversial unanimous decision win over Jared Gordon.

On a recent episode of The Schaub Show, Brendan Schaub shared his opinion on the new developments in MMA judging and 'Big Brown' put on a thick layer of sarcasm, saying:

"They think that's his problem?... The distance travelled? Oh, thanks commission. Thanks for taking care of the problem. Thanks for putting a band-aid over this insane huge gap in our sport... I got an idea, just get rid of him. Fire him... The stakes are so high in the UFC and Bellator... He shouldn't be a part of it."

Brendan Schaub defends Paddy Pimblett for receiving

criticism on controversial decision win against Jared Gordon

Paddy Pimblett created quite a buzz in the MMA community when the Liverpudlian defeated Jared Gordon at UFC 282 via unanimous decision. While a majority of viewers thought Gordon had done enough to beat Pimblett, it seems all three judges felt otherwise.

Check out the post below:

The 27-year-old came under a lot of fire on social media, with fans accusing Pimblett of enjoying "Dana White privilege" after the pair did a podcast episode together and took major shots at MMA journalist Ariel Helwani. However, Brendan Schaub is of the opinion that the wave of criticism aimed at 'The Baddy' is unwarranted, considering he didn't score his own fight. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Schaub stated:

"Paddy went out there and gave his best effort, and the three judges that Paddy has nothing to do with decided that he won the fight. Whether you think he should have won or not, Paddy cannot control that, that is not on Paddy. So instead of taking your hate out on Paddy Pimblett...your hatred should really go towards the judging of the UFC."
