Chael Sonnen believes Conor McGregor should tread lightly in regards to his ongoing dispute with Artem Lobov.

'The American Gangster' recently uploaded a video to his YouTube channel where he discussed the legal feud between the Irishman and Lobov.

Chael Sonnen advised McGregor not to intimidate the person against whom he is fighting the lawsuit. Sonnen also added that it would be ideal for 'Notorious' to stay off Twitter for a while:

"You cannot intimidate a witness. If you intimidate a witness, you are going to have damages times three. Conor has now challenged the witness to a fight. There's no lawyer in the world worth their salt that's just going to go, 'Well, they're just boys... You know, MMA guys will be MMA guys.' No they're not. He's now making a claim and he has now been threatened by a multiple-time world champion publicly. Bodily harm, not to mention the embarrassment. If you're Conor's lawyer right now, you're really hoping that he puts down Twitter."

Artem Lobov recently filed a lawsuit against Conor McGregor, asking for a five-percent share of the sale proceeds of Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey.

'Rush Hammer's' argument is that he played a crucial role in the origin of the idea of the whiskey brand and thus should be fairly compensated for his contribution.

Conor McGregor went on a tirade against Artem Lobov on Twitter

After news of Artem Lobov's lawsuit against Conor McGregor broke, the Irishman uploaded multiple posts on Twitter, blasting his former friend and training partner.

In one of the now-deleted tweets, the Irishman challenged Lobov to a fight at the Straight Blast Gym in Ireland and specified the time:

"This is a call out to Artem 'the fanny, fairy pad' Lobov. I'm challenging you to a fight tonight. 10:30 p.m. I'll meet you down at SBG Concorde and we'll fight for the whole lot. We'll fight for the whole lot. Having lawyers message me about defamation and all this suing and all. You're a little fairy, you're a little blouse mate... Answer this f**king callout, yeah? You little blouse!"

Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey reportedly sold for $600 million. So, Lobov's request for a five-percent share would amount to $30 million.
