Demetrious Johnson shoots down idea of a fourth fight with Adriano Moraes, regardless of the result of their trilogy

ONE flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson and top contender Adriano Moraes are gearing up for their much-anticipated trilogy bout. Ahead of it, 'Mighty Mouse' has confirmed that it will be their final meeting inside the circle.

The two world-class fighters each own a finish over the other, with Demetrious Johnson scoring a flying knee knockout in their last match. The winner of the high-stakes trilogy clash will add a huge scalp to their sizable legacy.

Like fans, 'Mighty Mouse' is excited about his third fight with Moraes, but he recently confirmed that there will not be a fourth meeting. He affirmed during the ONE Fight Night 6 on Prime Video post-fight presser:

"I know that fans are looking forward to this trilogy fight because we have 1-1, but regardless, after fighting Adriano, we won't fight for a fourth time. We'll get some fresh blood and give the fans what they want."

Fresh blood for Johnson in the top five of the flyweight division means Kairat Akhmedov, Reece McLaren, or Xie Wei.

Demetrious Johnson excited to return home to finish working on his gaming desk

In addition to being a legendary mixed martial artist, 'Mighty Mouse' thoroughly enjoys gaming. He even has a YouTube channel called "Mighty Gaming" that boasts 168,000 subscribers.

After watching the fights at ONE Fight Night 6, Johnson expressed a desire to return stateside to finish his gaming desk. He told SCMP MMA:

"I’m staying in my hotel room and I’m looking up how to finish my gaming desk, my table. It’s a red sequoia edge. I’m just trying to figure out how to finish it. It’s already been to the sander, gritted, it’s ready to go. I just need to finish something on top."

The champ continued:

"There's a couple of cracks on one side and I was talking to my wife and trying to see how big the cracks are. I’m trying to do epoxy on it. I’m like, I just ordered a quart of it."

'Mighty Mouse' certainly has a bright future ahead of him once he hangs up the gloves. Whatever he chooses to pursue, you can bet on him being successful.
