No, transgender athlete Fallon Fox has only broken the skull of one of her opponents. Tamikka Brents suffered a broken skull and orbital bone during a TKO loss to Fox at a Capital City Cage Wars event in 2014.

Earlier this week, social media influencer Dr. Anastasia Maria Loupis noted her disagreement with Fallon Fox being presented with the 'Bravest Athlete' award in 2020.

During a Twitter rant, Loupis called into question the decision to allow a trans athlete to compete in women's MMA, while claiming that Fox had already broken the skulls of two of her opponents:

"Fallon Fox, a transgender MMA fighter, has now broken 2 female opponents’ skulls. A man beating on women and named “Bravest Athlete” in 2020. The hate for women is real."

However, this claim has since been proven factually incorrect. The picture of the fighter in the doctor's tweet features Kay Hansen, who had her face bloodied in her 2018 fight against Kalyn Schwartz.

Also, in a now-deleted 2020 tweet, Fox hit back at the critics, stating that she had only broken the skull of one of her opponents:

"For the record, I knocked two out. One woman’s skull was fractured, the other not. And just so you know, I enjoyed it. See, I love smacking up TEFS in the cage who talk transphobic nonsense. It’s bliss. Don't be mad." [Transcripts via @Save Womens Sporsts on Facebook]

Since her debut in 2012, Fallon Fox has regularly courted controversy, with many in the combat sports world opposing male-born fighters like Fox competing in women's sports.

Transgender MMA fighter: When Fallon Fox drew the ire of Joe Rogan

UFC commentator Joe Rogan is not a fan of biological men competing in women's sports, especially combat sports. According to Rogan, trans fighters must be at least upfront with their opponents about their history.

During episode #1895 of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the host told American political commentator Matt Walsh how MMA fighter Fallon Fox tried to hide the fact that she was a biological male while competing in women's sports:

"There was a transgender fighter that was hiding the fact, [it was] Fallon Fox, that they were biologically male and competed... as a woman, and beating the f**k out of these women and trying to say that it was just a medical procedure."

Rogan added:

"I said that look, if you're a transgender athlete and you tell someone, 'Hey, I was biologically male but now identify as a female, would you like to fight?' And that person still says yes, all in, go ahead, have fun. Just like I think you should be able to ride bulls... but to hide the fact you're biologically male... that was madness to me."
