Andrew Tate and his brother Tristian have a lesser-known younger sister named Janine Tate. She is the youngest of three children born to famed international chess master Emory Tate and his wife Debra Tate.

The youngest Tate sibling lives with their mother in Kentucky, USA, and unlike her brothers, prefers to lead a quiet life away from controversy and publicity. A lawyer by profession, Janine Tate spent her youth in Luton, UK, but later moved to the USA with her family.

Keeping a lower profile than her brothers, it is believed that Janine does not maintain regular contact with Andrew and Tristian. 'Top G' has spoken about his sister multiple times, revealing that she is married with children in Kentucky.

In a previous YouTube live session, Andrew Tate and his brother discussed their relationship with Janine, indicating that the three siblings are not on the closest terms. The former kickboxer stated:

“I have a sister. My sister and I don’t really talk... I do love her.”

Tristian Tate added:

“I have nothing bad to say about my sister, she just doesn’t talk to me. I haven’t spoken to her properly in years... She lives in f***ing Kentucky or somewhere.”

Andrew Tate update: Lawyer reveals when 'Top G's legal detention period could end

Andrew Tate and his brother were arrested and detained by Romanian authorities late last year on suspicion of human trafficking, rape, and other serious charges. The brothers were sentenced to mandatory legal detention for 30 days, which was extended by another 30 days upon its expiry.

While the two polarizing personalities remain in custody as he awaits trial, their new legal representative Tina Glandian recently shared an update on their incarceration period. With the Tate brothers' detention period set to expire for the second time on February 27, Glandian is not optimistic about their release yet.

In a recent interview with Shelagh Fogarty of the London Broadcasting Company, Glandian stated:

"We're going to find out in the next several days. The existing order expires on February 27th, and if the prosecution intends to extend that for another 30 day period, they'll have to make that request soon and then we'll have a hearing on it. Obviously, our hope is that at this point they are released, and it's not extended, but am I optimistic about that? No.
