Gordon Ryan, the undisputed submission grappling champion in the world right now, has offered his services to Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler following the announcement that the pair will be coaches on The Ultimate Fighter 31.

UFC President Dana White made a special announcement yesterday and disclosed that the season would begin to air in May.

Ryan took to Instagram following the announcement to pose the following:

"Wonder if someone needs a jiu jitsu coach"

Gordon Ryan's idea may be coming off the back of Craig Jones' appearance on TUF 29. The season featured UFC featherweights Alexander Volkanovski and Brian Ortega as coaches, and 'The Great' brought fellow countryman Jones in as his Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach.

Jones is one of the most talented submission grapplers in the world and finished in second place in the 99 kg division of ADCC 2022, the most prestigious no-gi grappling event in BJJ.

Craig Jones used to be a teammate of Ryan when the pair were part of a BJJ-super group called the Danaher Death Squad. The squad was run by mastermind and coach John Danaher, and the team revolutionized leg-locks in BJJ.

If Ryan has taken the idea of featuring as a coach on TUF from Jones, he may find it difficult to be selected because Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler may already have staff in mind.

Gordon Ryan reacts to Dillon Danis being tricked into promoting an NFT scam

Gordon Ryan and Dillon Danis have gone back and forth online for many years, and the pair share an equal dislike for one another.

Danis has accused 'The King' of using performance-enhancing drugs in the past, while Ryan has found joy in the downfall of 'El Jefe's combat sports career.

Recently, an investigative crypto journalist and YouTuber called Coffeezilla tricked Danis into promoting a fake NFT project. Coffeezilla then took to Twitter to expose the mistake of 'El Jefe,' much to the delight of Gordon Ryan, who reiterated his previous job offer to wash Ryan's cars for $30 a week.

Coffeezilla posted:

"We ust tricked Dillon Danis into promoting a fake NFT project. We paid him $1,000 to post, he didn't disclose it was an AD and posted copy that literall spells out S.C.A.M."

Gordan Ryan took a screenshot of the incident and posted this:

"@dillondanis bro save yourself the embarrassment and just take me up on the car wash offer. My god"
