Former UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya seemingly plans to supplement his already-celebrated catalog of theatrical walkouts for his clash against Dricus du Plessis at UFC 305.

Unlike most of his counterparts, Adesanya meticulously maps out a thematic motif for his fight camps. Moreover, several times in the past, he has orchestrated grand entrances with thematic underpinnings and backing walkout songs to amplify the intensity.

All of that has made the former two-time middleweight champion the household MMA figure he embodies today. Some of 'The Last Stylebender's iconic walkouts include a steely hip-hop routine at UFC 243 when he locked horns with Robert Whittaker for his maiden shot at the undisputed throne. Meanwhile, some will identify Adesanya's walkout at UFC 276 to face Jared Cannonier and UFC 287 to face Alex Periera as benchmark moments in prizefighting.

Now that the 34-year-old is primed for a highly-anticipated return against arch-rival Du Plessis at UFC 305, a handful of keen fans and reporters alike will be curious about what Adesanya is plotting for his next entrance.

The City Kickboxing stalwart took to X to speak his mind in the tumult of the fervor surrounding his return. Adesanya dished out a shrewd dig at reporters with the mocking Spongebob text theme. He also accompanied that with a morphed video of the polarizing historical figure Adolf Hitler as Lil Yachty during his iconic appearance at the Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash in 2021.

Fight fans were quick to react to the post with one fan speculating on a potentially overstated impact on prominent MMA reporter Ariel Helwani:

"Helwani is gonna have an aneurysm."

Meanwhile, a few fans asserted that the tweet might get deleted:

"Incoming deleted tweet."
"Here before you delete this."

One fan in particular could sense that Adesanya is leaning toward a nebulous role for the upcoming fight:

"Leaning in (devil emoji) this the energy we love to see you on!"

Adesanya's latest assignment against Du Plessis will serve as the marquee attraction at UFC 305. The event is set to go down on Aug. 18, 2024, at the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia.

Israel Adesanya releases an eerie promotional video for UFC 305 fight against Dricus du Plessis

It goes without saying that Israel Adesanya has malicious intentions for his upcoming fight against Dricus du Plessis at UFC 305.

'The Last Stylebender' wanted to make the reigning UFC middleweight champion pay for questioning the legitimacy of his claim as an African champion. However, unforeseen circumstances stemming from the South African's foot injury paved the way for Sean Strickland to hop on the golden ticket to Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney. The American delivered an absolute masterclass, outpointing Adesanya through five rounds and walking away with the 185-pound gold.

With the stage now set for the long-awaited collision, Adesanya wants his message to the reigning champion to ring loud and clear. He captioned the post:

"I release you."

As for Adesanya, this will be his first fight since the loss to Strickland and the longest break between fights throughout his illustrious UFC career.
