Former UFC double champ Henry Cejudo has weighed in on welterweight contender Shavkat Rakhmonov's potential as well as suggesting future opponents for the 28-year-old.

Rakhmonov (16-0) was set to put his undefeated streak on the line once again next month when he was scheduled to face the experienced Geoff Neal at UFC Vegas 67. However, it was announced yesterday that Neal had been forced to withdraw from the fight due to an undisclosed injury.

In a recent interview with Helen Yee, Henry Cejudo discussed 'Nomad' and future opponents for him. According to 'Triple C,' Dana White's Contender Series star Bo Nickal and rising star Khamzat Chimaev would be fighters he'd be interested in seeing Rakhmonov face:

Whilst discussing Nickal, Cejudo said:

"Honestly, I think if Bo Nickal's healthy, put him in there. I think Bo's the type of guy that will go in there and pull the upset. You know, styles makes fights and I think his wrestling is great."

On Chimaev vs. Shavkat Rakhmonov, he stated:

"He's either going to have to go through him [Khamzat Chimaev] or Colby Covington. I wouldn't mind seeing Khamzat step up. He's talking about needing a challenge and nobody wants to fight him, there you have it."

Henry Cejudo sends warning to Aljamain Sterling and Merab Dvalishvili

Henry Cejudo sent a warning to Aljamain Sterling and Merab Dvalishvili after claiming he would be able to outwrestle both men.

According to Cejudo, who addressed both Sterling and Dvalishvili on his YouTube channel, his own wrestling ability is "ten times" better than theirs, and he looks forward to showing Sterling that in the octagon:

"I'm Merab [Dvalishvili] times ten. My wrestling pedigree is so much better than him. Even a guy like Merab, he's a danger to everybody else, but me. A guy like Merab would be the easiest fight for me, and I mean that, and I've told him that actually in Vegas... I said, 'hey, man, I think if I was you, I'd stay away from a guy like me.'

Henry Cejudo added:

"I'm a better athlete, I got better hands, I can submit, I can do a lot of things, and my wrestling is just that much better... You go up against a guy that knows how to wrestle, and has been doing that since he was a kid, like myself, and doing it at the highest levels, you're in trouble. The same reason why Aljamain Sterling doesn't want to fight me."
