Newly-crowned two-sport ONE world champion Regian Eersel pulled off a massive win over Sinsamut Klinmee at ONE on Prime Video 3 last weekend.

The win, which gave 'The Immortal' the inaugural ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title, has added to his already dominant run atop the promotion's lightweight kickboxing ranks.

The Surinamese-Dutch ONE lightweight kickboxing and Muay Thai world champion is on an eight-fight undefeated streak in the organization, with four successful defenses of his kickboxing throne.

He is considered one of the most dominant ONE Super Series world champions and one of the best pound-for-pound in the world today.

Eersel has a new set of challenges in the newly-incepted ONE lightweight Muay Thai ranks, having nearly cleaned out the lightweight kickboxing division. In his post-fight interview with ONE, 'The Immortal' addressed his next possible world title challenger:

"You know, I have no name. As I said before, ONE Championship [can] give me a name and I'll be there. I'm not like really a high-fighter and challenge some people. I just want to fight, just give me a fight and I will be there. No name, just let me fight."

Always ready to fight anyone, Regian Eersel has never cared about who is put in front of him - only when and where. It's a sign of a true world champion and bonafide modern-day legend of the sport.

Regian Eersel wants to fight again in December of 2022

Just mere seconds after hoisting his newly-won ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title belt on his shoulder, Regian Eersel is already talking about when he wants to fight again.

In his post-fight interview with Mitch Chilson, Eersel said:

"I think I have a little bit of injury on my knuckle. But I will see how that goes. And maybe you'll see me in December."

It was a rather quick turnaround for someone who just went through a five-round all-out war, especially after sustaining a supposed knuckle injury.

Only fighters of Eersel's caliber can even think of such a thing. It requires championship mettle, unshakable belief, and most importantly, solid results to have this kind of confident mentality.

Regardless of whomever he faces or whenever he faces them, be sure that 'The Immortal' will bring his usual aggressive style and unbreakable toughness into every fight.
