Reigning and undisputed ONE women's strawweight Muay Thai world champion 'The Hurricane' Smilla Sundell of Sweden is one of the most talented fighters in the world.

At just 19 years of age, Sundell has already accomplished what many have spent years trying to achieve, and some never do. She is a world champion of the highest order in the world's largest martial arts organization.

However, 'The Hurricane' will be the first to admit that she's still very young and learning a lot daily.

Sundell recently got the chance to train with Thai phenom, reigning ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai, and the Swedish fighter said she learned a lot from her contemporary.

Speaking to ONE Championship in a recent interview, Sundell talked about training with the featherweight Muay Thai king.

'The Hurricane' said:

"I did his seminar in Bangkok at PK Saenchai with my friend Matt [Lucas]. We went there and wanted to learn some new skills and see how he [Tawanchai] did seminars, because I want to go to America after my fight to do seminars. I've done one now, and I like teaching, so it was fun."

He added:

"I just wanted to see other people doing it too. He [Tawanchai] had some good tricks, so I learned some new stuff. He taught me some small tricks, like how to do a push kick differently, which was cool."

Sundell is getting ready to put her newfound learnings to good use as the 19-year-old star enters the ring again early next month.
