Lennox Lewis confident in Mike Tyson ahead of Jake Paul fight
Boxing legend Lennox Lewis believes his former heavyweight rival Mike Tyson has the skill to challenge Jake Paul in their much-anticipated bout later this month.
In an interview with Sky Sports, Lewis acknowledged:
"It's hard to box when you're that old, moving around the ring, throwing punches, getting punches thrown at you, but I think he can handle it... I was thinking that Jake Paul was going to be in trouble, because Mike Tyson knows how to throw great body punches, great head shots. We just have to see if he's going to do them in the ring - I'm hoping that he'll do that."
While Paul boasts an impressive record of 10 wins from 11 matches, with his only loss coming in a close fight against Tommy Fury, Lewis anticipates a tougher challenge for the YouTube star in the upcoming eight-round contest. He expects Tyson’s seasoned approach to play a crucial role in the fight.
