Headlining ONE on Prime Video 4, 'Brazen' Kiamrian Abbasov will be looking to defend his welterweight throne against ONE lightweight world champion 'The Warrior' Christian Lee.

Russia's Abbasov is coming off a loss in his previous fight to undefeated middleweight king Reinier de Ridder. The 29-year-old welterweight explained that he is not done with the middleweight division just yet. While speaking in an interview with ONE, he explained:

“Absolutely. This division still looks very exciting to me. It is stacked with great names, full of great strikers, people who had many ups and downs in their careers. I will give them some surprises in the future.”

'Brazen' understands that he lost and is looking to improve on the weaknesses that he identified in the fight. He continued:

“When I was moving up a level, I lacked some skills, which I am working hard on now."

November 18 will see a world champion vs. a world champion showdown. Christian Lee will look to take the welterweight throne from Abbasov on ONE on Prime Video 4. All the action will be broadcast live on Amazon's streaming platform for all its subscribers.

Kiamrian Abbasov says no one can save Christian Lee

The ONE welterweight world champion Kiamrian Abbasov sent a cut-throat warning to his Singaporean-American opponent. The 29-year-old Russian fighter said that once the door closes, no one can help 'The Warrior.'

In an interview with ONE, 'Brazen' predicted how the fight would go. He said:

“A lot of things will go off plan for him. Naturally, he will complain to his dad or coach: ‘Coach, big problem. Kiamrian Abbasov is a big problem. Please, stop the fight. Stop the fight.’"

The Russian athlete continued:

“When the cage is closed, neither media nor his family will help him. It will be only I and he with all his big problems because of his desire to move up to my division.”

Abbasov is a dangerous fighter. He has won nearly half of his fights by way of KO/TKO, plus several more via submission. 'Brazen' aims to finish his opponents when they meet him in the ONE circle.

Russia's Abbasov will be looking to stop the ONE lightweight world champion Lee as he challenges for the welterweight throne. The showdown is booked for ONE on Prime Video 4 on November 18.
