UFC light-heavyweight champ and all-around scary dude Alex Pereira recently jumped in on the online TikTok challenge 'English or Spanish'. For those who aren't aware, this trend challenges a pair of people to not move, with "whoever moves is gay".
The name 'English or Spanish' originated from the first question a videographer asks the unknowing challengers about the language they prefer.
Here's the original video from TikTok:

Not to be out-performed or out-challenged, Pereira did the challenge with his teammate. True to his championship mentality, 'Poatan' was competitive with it.

Alex Pereira to defend UFC light-heavyweight title against Khalil Rountree Jr. at UFC 307
At UFC 307 in Salt Lake City, Utah on Oct. 5, Alex Pereira will defend his belt a third time this year. Across the octagon from him will be divisional boogeyman Khalil Rountree Jr.
While people are criticizing this booking due to Rountree's no. 8 ranking, it pays to not underestimate him as he's currently on a four-fight winning streak - with the last three coming by way of KO/TKO.
To add more intrigue to this match-up, Rountree famously KO'd another former kickboxing champion before, similar to the skills and striking excellence of Pereira.
In 2018, Former K-1 and Glory Kickboxing world champion Gokhan Saki faced Roundtree at UFC 226. Considered one of the greatest kickboxers to ever transition into MMA, Saki was heavily favored to run through Rountree. This, however, wasn't the case as the American fighter knocked him out in less than two minutes. Saki hasn't fought in MMA since.
Check out the video of Khalil Rountree knocking down Saki:
A year after the Saki win, Rountree traveled to Thailand to train with the legendary Tiger Muay Thai gym, further enhancing his kickboxing skills. These facts alone are reasons enough to believe the American KO artist has a chance against the feared 'Poatan'.
