UFC veteran and analyst Michael Bisping recently spoke up on the ongoing controversy regarding Balenciaga's ad campaigns. The French high-fashion label recently came under severe criticism for depicting kids alongside bondage-style attire in one of its ads and a child pornography court ruling document in another.

'The Count' recently posted a picture of himself promoting the strategy game Blocklords. A fan commented on the post mistaking the UFC champion's attire to be from Balenciaga. He clarified that he wasn't sporting any Balenciaga merch and also went off on the French brand's distasteful ad campaigns. Michael Bisping wrote on Twitter:

"No. Only d***o’s wear that crap. And that’s before they were running very questionable ad campaigns. In fact that’s too kind. They were sick and disturbing ad campaigns."

One of Balenciaga's ads featured children with teddy bear-shaped bags. However, the teddy bears were sporting bondage gear like fishnets, studs, and a chain lock.

In another ad for a purse worth $3000, a US court ruling on child pornography was found purposefully hidden amongst the props used. In response, Balenciaga has sued the production house of the ad North Six and set designer Nicholas Des Jardins for $25 million.

As for the teddy bear ad, the brand issued an apology on Instagram, admitting that the bags "should not have been featured with children."

Michael Bisping predicts how the UFC 282 headliner between Jan Blachowicz and Magomed Ankalaev will play out

Jan Blachowicz has been promoted to the main event spot at UFC 282 after Jiri Prochazka withdrew from his scheduled main event clash against Glover Teixeira. The new headliner will also have the light heavyweight title on the line as Prochazka vacated his belt due to the severity of his injury.

Michael Bisping recently weighed in on the upcoming title fight between Blachowicz and Ankalaev. He believes that Blachowicz can regain his throne if he can defend Ankalaev's takedowns. 'The Count' recently said on his YouTube channel:

"I feel like Jan Blachowicz, if he can stop the takedown, the fight is going to be in his favor – but it’s going to be hard... It all comes down to whether or not Blachowicz can keep it on the feet. If he can, I can see a knockout victory for Jan Blachowicz – or Magomed is going to take him down, try and outwrestle him."

While Blachowicz has bounced back from his title loss with a TKO win over Aleksandar Rakic, Ankalaev is riding the second-longest win streak in UFC light-heavyweight history with nine consecutive wins.
