Michael Chandler is a few days away from his much anticipated fight against perennial lightweight contender Dustin Poirier.

Poirier is 33 and Chandler a slightly older 36. But if you look at 'Iron's' physique, you would never guess he is 36 years old.

Chandler has arguably the best build in the UFC. However, his most recent opponent Tony Ferguson thinks that 'Iron' may be using some extra help to gain such an impressive physique.

MMA-oriented Instagram page, MMAPack, uploaded a photo of a shirtless Chandler ahead of his fight this weekend. 'El Cucuy' posted an emoticon of a beverage box in the comments section, implying that 'Iron' is using steroids.

Performance Enhancing Drugs (PEDs) have been rife in MMA since the sport's inception. However, with the help of USADA, the UFC has been able to eradicate most of the PED usage within the promotion.

Michael Chandler predicts to steal the show at UFC 281

Michael Chandler is one of the most captivating and exciting fighters on the current UFC roster. His incredible athleticism combined with a toughness and desire to win makes 'Iron' a fan-favorite.

A Michael Chandler fight is certain to grab your attention. Since entering the UFC, Chandler has picked up two Performance of the Night bonuses as well as a Fight of the Night and Fight of the Year award.

Chandler's bout with Poirier is somewhat flying under the radar, with the UFC 281 main event garnering most of the media's attention. Regardless, hardcore fans know what is in store for them when the octagon door shuts.

Whilst previewing the fight with Daniel Cormier, Chandler (2-2 in the UFC) predicted that he will steal the show on Saturday night:

"I think when the card gets done and Israel and Pereira are done, and it's you and Joe [Rogan] and Jon [Anik], I think you're gonna say, 'Wow, Michael Chandler stole the show again. He stole the show, he's remarkable...' Wherever this fight needs to be, if it needs to be on the feet or the ground, if it's quick or 15 minutes. It's gonna be spectacular."
