Kevin Lee, in the wake of his victory against Diego Sanchez at EFC 46, recently sent a strong message to the UFC and any free agent MMA fighters yearning for an opportunity to compete in the promotion.

He confirmed that the UFC wasn't the only high-profile promotion in the MMA landscape anymore, hailing Eagle FC as just as successful a business compared to the UFC.

When asked to send a message to other free agents during the post-fight interview who may be weighing their options of signing with a promotion, Lee revealed that Khabib Nurmagomedov's promotion is an ideal destination for aspiring MMA fighters.

He went on to offer fans some insight into the inner workings of the promotion, claiming that it was one of the more refined experiences he's enjoyed over the course of a storied career in the realm of MMA and combat sports.

"It's amazing over here, man. It's amazing. Like, it's a different level of focus and a different level of talent, really, you know. It's nice that we in a sport where it's not a one-stop-shop anymore. It's not a [one-horse race]. But yeah, it's amazing. I got paid well. Good fight. So it's the type of fight that UFC would have put on and I felt like the atmosphere was even better, the people were. It was classy. It was a classy, nice little show. I like it," said Lee.
